Unfortunately, I had a miserable night. The fire alarm in my room went off in the middle of the night waking me from a dead sleep. I called the number given for help, but no one was able to come over. In the end I had find a stool tall enough to reach the alarm, drag it to my room so I could disconnect it from the ceiling. After all that I was unable to get back to sleep. When I mentioned it to the desk the next morning, the response was "we heard about that." Very disappointed.

Staff was great- very nice, very helpful. Breakfast and lunch were excellent. Helpful about my getting my bike in and out. Great that they have coffee, great set of teas, fruit out all day, and put sweets out (quite good) in afternoon. Room was very small. No shampoo. Dinner tried to be good but just wasn’t nearly as good as lunch or breakfast. Charging for a bottle of water seemed cheap for a place like that

Very pleasant hotel. The staff were very helpful and when I left something behind they kindly arranged for it to be shipped to me. All good.

Ideal location, close the the harbor :-) We rented a house and they need an update, old/outdated furniture/beds and kitchen/bath.

Staff, location, room. Bright blue LED on the smoke alarm shining into my eyes all night and hearing every sound of the person in the next door room through the joining door.

situation in greenery and near Rørvig havn is nice. Old, boring and dirty feeling interior and exterior.

Good selection at breakfast. Friendly personnel. Nice with small terraces in front of each room. Quality of breakfast bread and juice could better. Noicy both at night and in the morning - both from corridor and outside area. High priced compared to similar hotels.

Great location, many restaurants and bars in walking distance. Nice staff, and easy to check in after 4 pm. Cosy and quiet location. Bad wifi. The room was pretty cold when I arrived, and the air was moist in the bathroom (the towels where not completely dry).
