Very nice, like new!

I will surely stay again when next I visit Raleigh.

The problem was not really with the hotel but with Expedia. I paid for one night at this hotel for 3 August. We wanted to stay an extra night so desk clerk suggest we look a third party to get the room for 4 August at a better rate. Expedia had better rate, so went through Expedia. Received a call late in evening saying Expedia was booked for 3 August and told me to call Expedia to see if I can push date to 4 August. Agent from Expedia said no, nothing he could do. Not sure, if I put in wrong date, or if phone auto corrected the dates, but ended up paying double for one night because Expedia could not push date over one night.

Clean, spacious and had a bath tub The shower didn’t work well so not a lot of good water pressure.

Clean room!! Comfortable beds. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was your typical breakfast. Good selection!!! The only bad thing was hearing the train at around 5-6am which for next time we’ll ask for a room far away from the tracks.

Clean property and was great for a one night stay. More breakfast options would have been nice and more breakfast seating.

Breakfast options were great - loved the individually wrapped utensils and the plates stacked above each food station vs. in one location. Loved the cleanliness of the entire facility, and especially the room itself. I didn't realize people could bring their pets, and the room next to me had a very large dog that barked off and on until late at night and then started up again the next morning. I won't stay at this hotel again unless I can guarantee there are no dogs adjacent to my room. Couldn't sleep because of the noise!

the breakfast was great each day. We enjoyed the Manager's reception each afternoon and meeting other people staying at the hotel. The pool was nice and clean. Parking was easy. The only downer was the smokers out back by the pool

The staff was phenomenal. Tatiana took great care of us. The facility was new and super CLEAN. The free breakfast had so many items and options as well N/A

I have absolutely nothing bad to say....the room was very clean and spacious....breakfast was ok I didnt care for the wheat waffle but the other options were good.
