Front desk person was really nice The front lobby smells like someone was smoking weed

Hotel was supposed to be an Extended Stay hotel yet there were NO dishes, glassware, utensils in the room. There wasn't even a hair dryer, which the Expedia site specificaly listed.

Uncomfortable bed, a/c doesn’t cool the room in the suite but freezes the living room, pullout bed had dirty, nasty sheets, They want IDs for all adults not just the one booking - that alone tells you what kind of people stay here

Air conditioning was not a cool as I would have liked. But for what I payed for it was acceptable in price.

I left within minutes and did not stay. A manager verbally confirmed I would receive a full refund, but the hotel later refused to honor it and contradicted themselves when speaking to Expedia. The hotel and Expedia then passed responsibility back and forth. This property does not reflect its online ratings at all. The cleanliness issues alone are alarming, and the lack of accountability afterward made the situation worse. I would strongly advise others to stay elsewhere.

The room was very clean. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I will stay with them again.

The room was clean upon arrival. Rooms were updated and very nice/comfortable for our trip for a soccer tournament.

The location. Proximity to downtown It smelled. Everything was old. Sheets were not clean. I agreed for hangers and got an assortment of old hangers, random sizes and colors. The bed was uncomfortable. Sofa bed in unspeakable condition

I want a refund, room was dirty and had a smell. The toilets had moe or something nasty in them, NEED to replace them or remodel the entire hotel. Also the reviews and stars of locations is not correct total scam and roadkill of a place. I want a full refund please and thank you.

, the room didn’t look nothing like the picture on the websites, the cabinets wasn’t up to par I just didnt enjoy it .

This is an average hotel. The bed was lumpy because there are no mattress covers.

Staff was so kind and helpful! The immediate area didn’t have much but with a car restaurants and shopping was only a short drive away.

Just the location, only because everything was in distance. Alright, check this out the bed was hard, also very small even for a king. My towels had stains on them, keep in mind you have to pay for towels. Also when you walk in the building be prepared for the smell, even the rooms. Staff as well poor communication with each other. Moral of the story the price NOT! worth it, go somewhere with QUALITY of your stay.!

Gentleman that checked us in was rude. My boyfriend needed a restroom and the guy told him he didn’t have one he could use. The guy ignored him when repeatedly about it. I was upset because I seen that there was in fact restroom my boyfriend could have used by the exercise room. They have a kitchen area but have no dishes or anything to use. Also what is the point of having dishwasher when there is no dishes.
