Great place to stay and the breakfast was right on time as did not have to leave. I will definitely be staying again and love how the rooms are made with sliding doors to go in and out your room with patio set up!

Hotel has a nice layout with private balconies overlooking a nicely landscaped courtyard/pool area. The interior common areas could use a refresh (paint and carpeting) but, all in all, it was a good place for our one night’s stay.

Been to this Ramada Inn several times previously. Best employees, friendly, will go out of their way to assure a comfortable stay. This hotel is always clean, well-maintained, tasty breakfast, pretty place inside, lovely pool and well-kept grounds, our rooms have always been clean, lots of towels.

Under the bed hadn't been vacuumed in years. Mold on shower head and shower faucet. Mold in condensation trays by ice maker. Food spots on walls. Asked for a wasp nest to be removed. Nest and dead wasps left on patio. Now I know why it was priced lower than other hotels. Staff was nice enough and was convenient to the hospital.

If you are looking for a place to stay for just sleeping, then it's good for that. My bed was uncomfortable, it felt like it was going to fall apart every time I moved, but I was always coming in late, so it did not keep me from falling asleep. Realizing that it is a dog friendly hotel, I will mention that there were large stains in the carpets in the hallways and by the side door that I used to take my dogs out, and there was a smell throughout the hotel. Also, the side doors were not operated by the room key, they were just unlocked all night. I did not use the buffet except to get coffee and was not allowed to bring my dogs in which I could understand, a very nice staff member did hold my dogs while I made my coffee. It was pretty quiet at the hotel, no Kids running up and down the hallways, no loud music or people hanging around outside, so that was nice, I felt safe to take my dogs out at any time by myself. From 1 to 10, I'd rate it an 8. Would I booking there again, probably not.

Coffee was not good at all.. For the price I guess its ok, we were not in the room just to sleep, not pleasant smell but it was fine..

Every staff member we encountered was friendly and accommodating of all of our needs. Thanks for a great experience!

Great location to the Lenovo Center.

Shower wouldn't turn on and when we finally got it turned on it wouldn't turn off
-
Great stay, clean and quiet.... Loved the balcony with slider doors .. saved $45 parking fee by walking to the Levono Center

The pillows and bed were great. The AC worked fine. And, even though the hotel is near the hockey arena and the area is full of ongoing construction, the room was very quiet. The breakfast was better than most other hotels with that inclusive offering. I did not try the pool or workout equipment. The common area carpet could use replacing and the building could use some air freshening from the lingering smells from past smokers/tokers. I would stay there again.

Extremely comfortable beds, microwave and mini fridge in the bed rooms were a functional blessing. Pool was well maintained and enjoyable. Morning breakfast was pretty fresh, and the stuff quickly replenish things as they were alerted to the need. The rate was also fantastic! This hotel is only a mile from the large event venue, making our stay even better! Carpet and walls are dated.

Rooms were clean. Also the young man at breakfast was very helpful and attentive

The landscape was beautiful. Clean pool. Lots of outdoor seating. Convenient to Lenovo center, arboretum, art museum, and parks. 15 mins from the free downtown museums. The property was clean but slightly outdated. The room did smell like old cigarette smoke and the two air filters in the ac were filthy with only half the vent blowing air. Check in and out process was very simple. There is only one elevator that was quite a hike from our room. It was much easier to use the stairs but for our handicap mother with a cane this proved difficult and inconvenient. Breakfast was standard but lacking healthy options like a variety of fresh fruit, fresh oatmeal with healthy topping options, yogurt, or fresh juice. Rate was very fair for the area and being Summer.
