The staff was very friendly First room they put us in the air conditioner was so loud and room didn't feel clean. When I told the desk they said they have had complaints about the AC being loud. And room was hearing impaired. They moved us to another room and it was better but why did you put us there in the first place. The pool was so small and that golf putting green was gross. I should have took Pictures. There is another hotel right next to it and was kinda shady. Honestly the only good thing was the staff. Other than that I would never go back. Oh forgot $60 for a water power aide and 1 serving mac and cheese from the store. Seriously!!!!!

AC sounded like it was going to fall through the floors. Toilet had rust stains inside. Bathroom smelled like pet urine. Smell of weed so bad from across the hall had to place a towel under the door so we could not smell it as well as to make sure we were not charged with smoking in our room. Purchased snacks from lobby and they were out of date.

We visited that hotel for the first time, and we will be happy to return there again and again!! Best in the area

Very clean and great location in relation to the NC state campus.

I was put in the wrong room category upon arrival. They said they couldn't move me because they were sold out of the room category I booked. It was a huge inconvenience because of the bed size (two people). I probably won't ever stay here again for this reason. Other than that, everyone who worked there was very friendly and helpful. I also probably won't use a third party site to book anymore either. Too much hassle if you have an issue.

Great place to stay can be difficult to locate on the GPS but other than that highly recommend

Medium grade quality of exterior, interior and rooms. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable, shower quality decent. Kitchenette in our basic room was meager; really hard to cook a meal in here. It's very close to the shopping mall and freeways which is convenient for travelers. It's an older building. The gym was suprisingly nice; I took advantage of the free weights and high quality treadmill(s).

The Staff was Excellent! James at Front desk was super nice. Bartender was awesome! Maintenance responded quickly to replace batteries in the clock. Housekeeping was friendly and helpful! Breakfast staff was amazing for my lactose intolerant food. You have the Best Staff. I can't say Enough about this place. We will definitely be back. Loved our stay.

The location is convenient to literally anything and everything you could want to do in Raleigh. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and all room amenities were outstanding. The young lady working the front desk was very friendly, outgoing, and helpful. Highly recommend.

The rooms are very Spacious. Everything you need to cook for yourself or plate yourderived orders. The gentleman, James, at the front desk was so friendly.
