It's newly made properly but still we found smell & dustbin dirty with garbage, Bedsheets dirty.

Only food Location: The property is located in the village and is the last one there. If you don’t have your own vehicle, getting around will be quite challenging. Room: The rooms are small and noisy. They even charge you for the water they provide daily in the room. Staff: The staff’s behavior is concerning as they can open your room door at any time. Always keep your door locked, as I’m unsure if they enter the room when you’re away. Activities: Since Jim Corbett is known for its safari and elephant rides, the staff will assist you in booking those. However, their property is too far from any activity points, making it hard to arrange anything on your own. The hotel takes advantage of this and charges double the price. Initially, they’ll offer you a safari ride and claim that the elephant ride is included in the package. Later, they’ll inform you it’s at a different location and will cost an additional ₹1,000. By the end you will end up spending ₹5,000 or more unexpectedly. Payment Hassle: If you arrive at the hotel for check-in slightly late, they will keep calling you throughout the morning from different numbers to demand prepayment - even though, according to the booking terms, no advance payment is required.

Location of the property, it's perfectly fine and close to nature. In conclusion, my time at MadhuNandan was nothing short of magical. It's the kind of place where you can truly disconnect from the outside world and reconnect with yourself and nature. I can't wait to return and experience the beauty and tranquility of this hidden gem once again. I can understand it's Home stay so you can't find so much variety in food
