Guests and their dogs and food Everything is shit you don't know how to do the hospitality at this price. There is no bench around pool area to sit, no towel or rob after using the swimming pool. Dogs were sweetly swim in the same pool. Need to walk totally wet to the room and in the room there is no mat for the feet. Balcony is like public toilet with open drain. No ash tray, no proper dustbin, no other activities, for the showcase there is broken table tennis with local tennis ball, with broken strings of badminton. In the welcome drink they put normal water Also use the proper name, country inn is a reputable name in World wide region so make sure you will not get sued

The overall property is really good. The rooms are not at all maintained. Neither there were any toiletries available. The lights were not working. The shower knob was partially broken.

Location, pricing, staff courtesy and prompt help 1. Not maintained at all; 2. Bedsheet and pillow cover not clean; 3. Towels were moist; 4. Single seater in room was dirty with paint marks; 5. Trash bin in restroom will not open; 6. Light above sink missing; 7. Fixtures were misaligned across room; 7. Shower gel and soap dispensers won’t work properly; 8. Toilet seat not clean;9. Wall paper and wooden work many places broken across walls;10. Toilet paper holder rusted so paper can’t be taken out. Extremely poorly maintained.

The view and size of room was good. The staff was not very customer centric. The front desk seem less friendly and but rude and giving to the point answer. Also when I ask few questions they did not provide satisfactory answer and the tone was not customer friendly. The overall staff seem lazy and no one gives a shit about customer service. The clean staff , parking guys seems more friendly then the front and kitchen staff. I will never book this property again poor

Location Didn't like that staff switched my room and I realised they gave me a smaller room 2 days later when I extended. I reached at 23:00, didn't have much time to look into room details that late.

Got good location . Ample space . Will definitely highlight about the food quality I stay at room 506 during my stay . However the bed sheet , duvet cover , pillow everything was used . It was super dirty I felt they didn’t change the linen for our stay . Bcz I found all the hair in linen . & towel was worn out .
