The resort does give a the forest resort vibe. The rooms decor, gardens, pool etc are aesthetically done. The staff is polite and courteous. The fan heaters were helpful in the winter. The choice on the food menu was limited and not available. We had to change the order twice. The rooms were cold, and the hot water was not available so we had to change the room.

The room space and overall vibe The property charges extra 5000 through another booking centre and then asked to pay again. The money is still debited and I haven’t got it back.

Expansive garden for pets to roam around The room was decently sized and sufficient for us. Restaurant staff were helpful and tended to our many requests Food pricing was reasonable Bathroom in our room was stinking of sewage throughout the stay. Staff did not notice "to clean" sign hung outside the room and did not clean the room while we were outside. Bath towels looked very dull and much used. Service was lacking, we had to wait a good 15 mins for our check out in the morning around 8 am. The plunge pool in our room was useless, it stayed empty and dirty throughout our stay. While a pet friendly resort, they did not allow for washing our pet's food bowl. Strange. Could have kept some feeding bowls somewhere or water bowls to make it more pet friendly.

Reception guy allwin have no idea how to look after staff and his guest. He is in wrong career by his own admission. Our rooms were assigned to someone else and we were given degraded rooms for 1st night. After lot of arguments they agreed to offer first day meals as an apology. We had booked 4 rooms to celebrate my father inlaw birthday. Service in Restaurent was very poor. Our complaints were completely ignored and last day when we went to pay they had still charged us for part of the meals. Took whole 1 hour and lot of arguments before we settled the bill. Poor management, poor service and lack of cleanliness. It’s such a beautiful property but it’s a shame that it’s been managed badly. See above
