Great staff and super food location. I've stayed here before and will definitely be doing so again in the future.

Great room. Loved it

I booked for one King bed but I got two full size beds. It’s disappointing.

It was very hot when we checked in - air conditioning in the room was not working - maintenance was sent and could not fix - the front desk person finally believed that the air wasn’t working and switched our room to a room that was next to the the equipment room and sounded like a freight train all night long - but, at least the room was cool - we also had to pay for parking at the “motel” which I find ridicules for a Rancho Cucamonga property!

The hotel was great. The morning guy at the bar was amazingly cool and friendly. Pool was great. Only downside was we booked there because it advertised bar and restaurant but when we checked in that’s when they informed us that it’s actually not open 7 days a week and it was closed the day we were there.

Hotel was conveniently located off the I-15 freeway near tons of shopping g and restaurants. Parking was easy and very minimal fee. The lobby was very elegant and clean, elevators were quick and easily accessible. Room was spacious and well equipped (free water bottle, coffee, full sized hand soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The pool was clean and heated and the gym had a lot of machines and equipment and open 24hours. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

When we turned on the water the next morning it came out brown but eventually cleared up. When we talked to management about our experience we were told that we could have canceled our stay without penalty, an option that wasn't offered to us. They then said that they would give us "Marriot points", which we never received. They also offered to give us a breakfast but at that point we were already checked out and wanting to leave. Horrible experience and waste of money.
