The views were absolutely stunning. It was peaceful, quiet, well kept, and the staff was amazing.

If for any reason you had an issue, the staff would correct the matter immediately. Amazing staff, could not be happier with our experience!!

Property was pretty, the restaurants and pool were great but the rooms felt a bit outdated and weren’t anything special.

This is a really disappointing property on many levels. It is more of marriot mid-tier brand masquerading as luxury. It was a bit rundown generally, bathrooms have lime / calcium build up, wallpaper peeling, scuffed walls, door jams, etc. The spaces and layout is bizarre - so much dead space that looks like it’s for banquets, but visible wherever you are walking, rooms appear unfinished from a decorative perspective or lacking vision. The staff is not overly friendly. It is not very clean, there were plastic bottles stuck in overhead lighting in the hallways, unflushed poopy toilets in public spaces, children permitted to touch the omelette bar ingredients and no one replaced the ingredients with fresh ingredients. Aesthetically there were few places that were actually worth the money paid. Bathroom for pool outside of fence that required room key for entry. Waitlist for pool chairs (yes a holiday weekend, but should be designed to accommodate as many guests as property welcomes in at any time). Food was average at best, mainly underwhelming. Experience at The Edge was not very nice, horrible waitress who was rude. Rooms are kinda small, outdated, fire pits on our room were really unpleasant to use and view was crap (mtn side - looked at paved road - felt very not private). In general, my biggest complement to a property when I leave is the feeling that I want to come back - here I couldn’t want to leave. Not even worth complaining - they couldn’t change anything

Absolutely love staying here! The amenities are exactly what I want every time I come! Loved the spa treatments and the food quality at both restaurants!

We had a great 4-night stay! Staff was a highlight.

Loved the club lounge and the restaurant

Clean room, Staff was Good and Smiling at most days, breakfast and brunch was fresh and delicious. Quite facility with little to none as far as activities. While wives were out and about us Men literally had 1 bar TV and nothing else to do! No billiards, no cigar room, no media room, no game room. I felt it was very limited for adult males to interact or enjoy. Other than that everything else was good. 1 shot of Glenlivet 12 was $32 dollars, the bottle at Ralph’s is $29.99, so skip the drinking or BYOB.

Nothing Everything. Especially stuff are sooo rude. Never again.

Housekeeping we're great On checking in, and despite booking a nice room we were offered an upgrade for $1,000 EXTRA a NIGHT, quickly reduced to $500 a night when she saw our faces. No attempt to show us to the room and the facilities. No modern USB chargers or a charging station, not even in the club lounge the offer business services. Club lounge not signposted, but bizarrely on the 3rd floor with no views. Feel like a very poor airport lounge. Champagne and wine good though as we're the attentive staff. Room service trays left out for adjoining rooms for days on end Very small adult pool. Clearly used for corporate events so the lovely grassed areas were out of use and the noise intrusive. €50.00 for parking plus tax.

They were understanding with how unenjoyable our stay was. Later check in, luggage was delayed because it went missing, fire pit couldn’t be used because of weather, restaurant the edge closed Monday and Tuesday.

I stayed in a nice room and had access to the club lounge. The staff is exceptional.
-
Dated and over priced. Rooms dated and no soundproofing. Requested and had confirmed by email - 2 rooms apart for privacy between ourselves and our son and his wife. Arrived rooms next to each other. After a discussion we were moved. But it was protracted and unnecessary. Not enough beds around the adult pool. Poorly designed. Just concrete… You pay this amount and find everyone looking for a bed on a waitlist by 11am or having to lie on the concrete. Stop serving at 5pm despite sunset being much later. Every room service was wrong. No refund for incorrect items offered. Breakfast average at the restaurant very slow service. Look at the boutique hotels like LHorizon if you are adults only. The Edge Restaurant however is well worth a visit. Special mention to Scotty who is exceptional and very much made our night. Absolute professional and people reader - who knows his clients.
