Nestled on 102 private acres of California's secluded Palos Verdes Peninsula, Terranea Resort offers scenic views of the Pacific Ocean and Catalina Island. Featuring balcony views, each luxurious room at this spa and resort comes with free WiFi and a flat-screen TV. Plush, sand-colored linens and pillows provide comfort and relaxation. Terranea has become our favorite staycation getaway. We always leave wanting to stay one more day. One of the staff members stood out the most -Paul. We appreciated his attentiveness and enthusiasm. Other than that, the staff at Bashi and Nelson’s were amazing. Catalina kitchen hit the spot for breakfast and the bar near the lobby had great servers and bartenders. Can’t wait to return!

This is a spectacular place. It is vast and there are a lot of guests. Housekeeping in good. Internet is spotty. Staff is helpful.

This was my first time visiting the resort and it was for my birthday. From the moment I arrived everything was absolutely spectacular. All the staff were helpful, polite, warm and welcoming. I was completely relaxed and enjoyed everything about my stay. I will be making this getaway a frequent thing for myself. I was saddened when I had to leave. Was worth every dollar

The hotel looks exactly the same as it did 15 years ago, but now cost three times as much. Definitely needs a revamp on the inside. Exterior is still gorgeous.

Beautiful property. Fun pool, great breakfast at Catalina Kitchen . It’s a very busy hotel, but they genuinely try to get you checked in as quickly as possible.

Food was delicious. The staff was so kind and accommodating. My husband and I went on a minimoon, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Everything was so enjoyable. We will be returning!
