What a great place to stay!! Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable! A delicious breakfast off the menu was free every morning and they discounted all our other meals we bought there. The owners are awesome along with their staff! Also close to everything you would want to see in the rapid city area!

You are about a half of a mile out of town, feels like the country but easy to jump on the highway and be in Rapid City in a couple of minutes and it’s close to Mt. Rushmore. It has a cute little bar and grill on the property and the food is amazing! The breakfast is so worth it! It’s included with your stay and you even get to add lattes for free, the only thing not included are alcoholic beverages. The owner and all the staff we met were all very friendly. The bed and pillows are also so comfortable. The owner said the mattresses were Tempur-Pedic. The only suggestion I’d make is leaving the bar and grill open a little later. We were trying to cram so much in each day and it would have been nice to have a night cap there at the resort so we could just walk back to our room.

It was cozy just like home. King bed was very comfortable & pillows. We got our breakfast to go because we wanted to get going. Took breakfast sandwiches & they were awesome! Close enough to the attractions. Would recommend this place to others. Could use a small vanity table for personal stuff when getting ready. Not enough space at sink area.

Large, convenient restaurant

As noted by other reviewers, the breakfast is amazing and worth a stay in itself. The rooms are also very nice, new, and clean. The beds are very comfortable, particularly including the sofa bed, which was already up for us on our arrival. There are also other nice bonus touches, like a common room with snacks, games, kitchen, and table for guests to use, as well as snacks in the room. The staff was all very friendly and responsive. The location is conveniently between Mount Rushmore and Rapid City. We could not have had a more pleasant stay. The owners are obviously striving for perfection. A couple earlier reviewers suggested the addition of grab bars in the shower, and they are there now. Nothing. Wonderful place.

Very homey! Received welcome snacks and was able to check in with keypad which was very helpful since we arrived later. Omg the bedding & towels were so soft! Jacuzzi was a plus after a long day of driving felt like home wish we could have stayed longer! Breakfast was delicious! Nothing
