Value Staff: Worst Staff. Irresponsible. Very bad manner. The reception staff had no name badge to identify him and have denied to tell me his name. He was on duty during daytime through out the week I stayed there. I have travelled so many countries but never experienced such worst manner !!! Integrity Issue: On the day of my Check In; surprisingly, he allotted me a staff / servant room even though I had a booking of "Deluxe Double" room for the day and further "Junior Suite" for next few days. It was even insulting !!! At last I had to engaged in argument with him to get the right room. Dirty: The couch kept in the "Junior Suite" was utter dirty even I felt disgust to sit on it. Floor tiles are broken even some times hurt. There was no Tea Kettle. Several times asked the reception during day time but absolutely ignored. Received the Tea Kettle after 3 days of staying. The towels are literally blackish. I don't know that how they are washing it !!! I expect that the Hotel Management should take care of these issues.

Staff was polite . Location and room was not clean only one towel and no toothpaste no tea cattle n fridge was not working. When asked they provide only tea bag and cattle . Small two bottle prices is 10 aed .

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. There was a strong smell of smoke throughout the property, including in areas that were supposed to be non-smoking. It made the environment uncomfortable and unpleasant. In addition, the noise level was extremely disruptive. The hotel has clubs inside the building, and the loud music continued late into the night. It was very difficult to rest or sleep because of the constant noise. Unfortunately, due to these issues, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
