BM Beach Hotel

Highly recommend this hotel! The staff were exceptionally friendly, and my kids had a blast. They're already begging to go back! We went with the all-inclusive meal plan to avoid the hassle of going out, which was perfect for our family.

Towels and some toiletries was not available. Rooms need maintenance. Hallway smells cigarette. No activities and the pool slides closes 5pm. We got pur rooms after 4pm and by the time we reached the pool slide we have few minutes.Staff not friendly at all. The whole stay not a single staff says hello or greeted us. From housekeeping, receptionist, restaurant and even manager. The Manager was only greeting arabs other nationalities he does not see. Even during dinner he checks only on arab tables. No wonder staff are not friendly. We have visited Bin Majid multiple times for the lady 10 years. But we always went to the resort. There we always have a good time and staff the moment you enter you feel welcome. Food was great too. Too bad it’s demolished. I just don’t undrestand why the Bin majid hotel is totally far from the resort. Definitely not coming back! Many

The pool is really good specially the temperature when we came is really summer but the water temperature in the pool was so good on the climate Location its very accessible

I like that they were very nice helped us to cancel our reservation for free of charge. . Just Reach the hotel once we saw the building, left , rooms, pool!!!!! immediately cancelled our reservation and left . The staff was nice helped us to cancel the booking free of charge, before that they try to offer us any solution to not cancel , but we refused. Specially that time was the main swimming pool is closed under maintenance. Its very old hotel not clean at all, smelly rooms and corridors, honestly this hotel should be do measure renovation.

Poor housekeeping service .. I stayed for 2 days no cleaning happened and staff enter to keep the shower items without permission .. once we come back it's already in room .. this is serious non compliance with guest privacy

Only the staffs were nice Bad smell everywhere, specially in the washrooms, dirty carpets, dirty and smelling everywhere not pleasant at all, very limited food options and unappetizing food, very small pool

I didnt like anything only the location which is near downtown RAK The hygiene standards were extremely poor throughout the hotel. Reception and housekeeping services were disappointing, the dining area was dirty and disorganized, and both the pool and beach lacked proper cleanliness and supervision, with guests allowed to swim in regular street clothes. In addition, only one elevator was working, there was no valet parking service, and guests often had to carry their own luggage. Service was consistently inadequate—we waited two days for clean toilet towels, and purchases at the beach and pool could not be charged to the room, requiring guests to carry cash or cards at all times.

It took a really long time to get our room key. Once we finally got into the room, several basic amenities were missing from the washroom, including slippers. We had to call room service again to request these items. There was also a foul smell around the property when we arrived. We're not sure if it was due to the nearby beach, but we've visited beach resorts before and never experienced anything like this. The food was average at best. We're not sure whether the quality was affected by the large crowd, but overall it was disappointing. Overall, our experience was poor, and unfortunately, we did not enjoy our stay.

They could have travsfrer us to the room that doesn't smell like one since I have kids

My recent stay at BM Beach Hotel was extremely disappointing and, at times, concerning from both a health and customer service perspective. What makes this experience even more disappointing is that I have been a loyal customer of the BM Hotels group for the past three years. I regularly stayed at Longbeach Campground, often visiting almost every week and spending several days at a time. Throughout those years, I never experienced any significant issues and always enjoyed my stays. Unfortunately, my experience at BM Beach Hotel was completely different and fell far below the standards I had come to expect. During the night, the air conditioning in my room stopped working completely. I suffer from respiratory issues and was experiencing difficulty breathing due to the heat and lack of ventilation. Maintenance attended the room but was unable to resolve the issue. I requested to speak with a manager and was informed that Angelo, the Duty Manager and night manager on duty, was the person responsible. Unfortunately, the way the situation was handled was unacceptable. Despite explaining my medical condition and even going down to reception in person with my medications to demonstrate the seriousness of my health concerns, I was repeatedly told that no rooms were available. Rather than showing concern for my wellbeing, Angelo appeared focused on obtaining photographic proof of the room temperature from the maintenance staff, as if my condition and complaint were being questioned. Most concerning was the lack of urgency shown towards a guest reporting breathing difficulties. Instead of addressing the situation promptly and finding a solution, I was left waiting late at night while struggling with a medical issue. No guest, especially one reporting health concerns, should be treated this way. Staff should be properly trained on how to handle situations involving medical conditions with empathy, professionalism, and urgency.

Breakfast was good, but there are no proper stroller or wheelchair-friendly access routes, and the existing ramps are too steep. There were also many mosquitoes in the outdoor areas. In addition, children’s swimming lessons were held in the main pool, making it feel more like a public facility than a hotel. The room was not fully prepared upon arrival, as basic amenities such as towels and toothbrushes were missing. However, they were provided promptly after we requested them.

Nothing , even if given for free , never visit this place . There is nothing good about this resort Everything . Never visit this place

Very disappointed with the experience the rooms were dirty linenea were smellu ans dirty and thw whole hotel rooms and lobby were smelly. I would not recommend this hotel

The location is good. Beautiful and clean beach. Value for money. Staffs are very friendly. Let down is mosquitoes!! They are a lot by the pool area. By 5:30pm a swarm of them came out and attacked everyone around on the area. My family suffered from the bites. My body had 20+ bites and had to see the doctor. The management must do something about it. It is outdoor and they will be there and I won’t mention if 1 or 2 bites. It was 20+!!! Water slides timing should adjust with summer time. Closing 5pm is too early.
