The room service gave us wrong order

Property was contacted prior 4 hrs and confirmed our arrival time 19:00hrs . When entered to apartment the Air conditioning was switched off and humid. It took 30mins to cool. Bedsheet felt dusty, may be due to lack off AC. Corridors have no AC.

Staff opened my room door using their MasterCard. The worst room of this hotel is room no 412, because the bed is just beside the main door. It was so uncomfortable all the time.

Unfortunately, the choice was unfortunate. Unfortunately, our stay was significantly affected by the disturbing noise coming from the nightclub. The room had absolutely no soundproofing, which made it impossible to rest. In addition, the reception staff demonstrated a lack of professionalism in handling guests’ concerns. These issues are unacceptable and must be addressed seriously.
