We had a very loud sound in the room coming from outside .. also the ac made loud sound all night. Couldn't sleep with kids at all. They shifted us to another room which was very very old under maintenance. No ac. My friends who booked in Delux room also faced same issue. They were forced to adjust without ac

Location Morning reception lady is non professional. She is not updated about our reservation and kept disturbing our stay with unnecessary calls about check out

Breakfast & dinner were all Good. Room was also clean and Good. Support Staff were also Good. Swimming Pool was having lots of mosquitoes. It was something which needs to be checked and fixed very soon. Many people had complained that. Sauna was not working.

Nothing special to like there, is basic dont like the Room size and beds Space we booked for 4 persons ( 2 adult + 2 Kids, ) but they offer a bed where we can adjust only 2 or 3 persons, , and bathroom tub was broken, which hit my leg also, and not able to fill water tub as the Hole rubbre was not able, even if we use it will be leak from the broken areas.

Enjoyed my stay and I also enjoyed the SPA. This is my second time at this property. The A/C thermostat needs some attention. I put it to my desired temp at 21 degrees but it went all the way down to 16 degrees. Man that was too cold for me.

The pool area is very dirty, and there are no proper arrangements in place. Inside the room, the sofa is not in good condition, and the cushions are old and worn out.
