Nice and simple stay near Warsaw. Everything was clean, the staff was very friendly, a perfect spot to stay overnight near Warsaw before traveling further

Clean nice cleaning ladies very polite Receptionist was not behaving professionally when I arrived I had feeling that I was not welcome . I was first but the receptionist put me on the side to serve other person and when I took out passport he was not very happy and all the situation was not comfortable to me as I payed 50$ for hotel worth 20

Clean and breakfast

Everything you need, it was clean and nice. Bonus points for the lady at the reception who was very helpful and polite while at the same time professional and courteous. I wish it was closer to the central part of the city. But then I also got there late, so that didn't help either.

Breakfast was small, and it was only one hour from 09:00 till 10:00. We would like to be more diverse. But again for a short stay it was enough.

The kit hen staff was good The properties used on the bed were smelly. There was not any elevator. It was absolutely difficult to carry a heavy suitcase to 3rd floor. There was a lot of noise cos of the trams.

The facility in nice and small, located in a quiet area, not far from Chopin Airport. At the reception you are warmly welcomed by Natalia, very friendly and helpful (thank you!). The room was very clean and comfortable. In the dining room coffee and tea are always available, and the breakfast is just right to start the day. Parking is available for free. Nothing to report

there is no elevator or anyone who could help with the luggage. We were placed on the 3d floor and I had to carry all the heavy suitcases up and down myself. This is very inconvenient and should have been mentioned in hotel description. I was traveling with the 77 years old lady and its impossible for her to bring bags to the 3d floor. No help was offered either from the front desk

Couldn't ask for more, given the location. They even arranged for me to get in, despite arriving very late due to a flight delay. No complaints - there was hot water, shower gel, toilet paper, a towel, clean sheets, etc. Barely any noise, too.

Because we needed a one night stay to rest and sleep after a long flight, this was very convenient The beds were extremely comfortable. I slept like a baby The staff were polite and helpful The breakfast was as it needed It was very close to a pharmacy and a mini supermarket and a local fruit farmer We weren't looking for high luxury just a clean place to rest our heads before continuing on our journey And Astral gave us what we needed Free parking and an AC in the room So if you are a group who spends all day outside and just want a place to rest, I highly recommend

Near aiport, clean, good check-in hours. 24h open canteen with tea, coffee and water. Great communication over booking app. Host was informed about late check-in and we were welcome.
