The air conditioner in our room had a high pitched whine. The breakfast was very underwhelming. No yogurt in the fridge. Nobody to help. Only one hot food dispenser had food which was lukewarm. No coffee or decaf either. The drink dispenser was watered down so the juice tastes more like…water.

Good morning, I was placed in a handicap-accessible room during my stay. That alone was not an issue. However, several items in the room were concerning and made the room feel unsatisfactory. There was excessive mold under the shower seat, which was very concerning. The shower head was positioned all the way up, and I could not help but wonder how someone with mobility limitations would be expected to reach it. There were also no other seating options in the room besides the bed. The desk used for computer work was extremely loose, and the desk chair was too tall, had no adjustments, and the seat back was broken. This made it very difficult to use. The bed sat very low, which may be intentional for accessibility.

I also had to wait for 10 minutes while another lady made 3 waffles when I was making one. Could there be 2 waffle machines??? Also there are large windows in this area and it was sunny and hot while I stood waiting for waffle machines could their maybe be blinds added? I was coming back from Mount Rushmore and this hotel was the best one and was looking forward to staying there in Rawlins!

Clean room and great staff. The only thing I would change is I wish the beds were just more comfortable and if they had a cushioned mattress cover to go on the hide a bed that you can put on it when it pulls out, it’d be more comfortable as well. other than that, we had a great stay, and this is perfect for families to stay at.

Overall, the hotel was subpar in my opinion for the price. There was hair on bathroom floor and outside of toilet was smeared with what looked like fecal matter. Things just didn’t look as nice as expected.
-
The hotel is excellent, as was the breakfast.

We were disappointed because the hot tub was unusable, which was the main reason we choose this hotel. Our room also smelled of diesel fuel. Probably would not stay here again.
-
The hot tub wasn’t working and that was a big bummer for us, and we requested a partial refund but was not given one. Disappointed with this.
-
Our room was very, very, very small for a room with a King bed. Breakfast was sparse, we were disappointed with Fairfield Inn. The bathroom was nice.

Comfortable rooms, good breakfast

Great place to stay with awesome rooms and breakfast!

Nice newer facility and friendly staff, but the hot tub had been down for a while for maintenance and the breakfast was minimal even though advertized as one of the best. Then I accidentally left an item in my room and when I tried to call the hotel their number doesn't work x 2 days now. I contacted the main website but the chat bot is not helpful and their is no way to speak to a real person.

Dirty bed sheets with literal dry blood on them, shower was leaking and had so much hard water residue it looked like it wasn’t cleaned for months. Oh and as a bonus I was charged for my stay from Hotels.com and the property too so my $150/night stay is now over $300.
