Best location for a hotel. Close to nature and shopping if that's not the best. Great staff and calm atmosphere! Definitely will stay here again while in Redding!

Staff was super helpful and friendly I was towing a 20 foot U-Haul and worried about parking but they set me up no issues. Room was perfect and super clean. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had at a hotel.

Very clean hotel, very nice staff. a lot of modern comforts. Highly recomment it to anyone visiting Lassen or Shasta or Redding.

Staff was great, from check in to dinner (food was also great) to getting directions, very courteous, helpful and professional.

Staff was wonderful. Room was clean. A/C kept room cool in room thermostat with a constant fan. There were some construction activities going on that we were notified of, but never impacted our stay. Breakfast and dinner service were excellent and delicious. We will continue to book our stay here.

The pool was surprisingly small, but since there weren't many other people there at the moment, it got the job done. We did have an issue with our in-room refrigerator when we first arrived. Apparently, the cleaning staff had powered it down and we could not get it to turn back on. We had to have maintenance come up and help. But the maintenance person was friendly and helpful.

Our room smelled like dogs...especially the couch. My wife has asthma so it was a little bit of a bother but we resolved it by getting an extra sheet and covering the couch..
