The only thing I didn't like was in the coffee machine inside the room. Where the water goes there was crude inside. like it has not been cleaned. Outside of that it was a good stay. I would stay there again.

What a wonderful staff this place has. Hometown feel with clean rooms and great food.

Everything was seemed good! Except I requested a view of third floor because she asked if I want a first floor or third floor. But gave me the room look at rooftop with all air conditioning units on the rooftop. No views at all, no service no welcome with the smile face like our casinos in Central AZ : Talking Sticks Casino, Wild Horse Casino, San Tan Casino and Desert Diamond Glendale Casino in AZ. Our casinos services are the best.and healthy non smoking casinos.

A great place to stay…clean, fun and good food!

Best stay when your passing through, slots are loose and fun!

It smelt like smoke in the hotel portion, the food was sub standard, and I needed to resubmit my credit card for room service instead of using what was on file.

Upon checkout, my car was parked in the end spot in the middle of the parking lot. The parking lot right off the side of the casino in front. I placed my things in the trunk, this upset a huge swarm of wasps all congregate on the ground and bushes next to the drivers side of my car. They were thousands of wasps. They thankfully didnt sting me but we're actively keeping me away from the car. I had to enter my car from the passenger side. This could have been a major issue. Please identify this area and have it attended to before something bad happens. Thank you.

Good clean place to stay with good options for food at the seasons restaurant located at the hotel.

Clean room and helpful staff

nice comfortable bed. Room was clean. got checked in on time.

check in time was 4PM, I didn't get checked in until 5:30 PM.

We did walk through the casino on the way to the restaurant and understand that smoking was allowed inside the casino. It just isn't something we are use to, so we found the cigarette smoke overwhelming. We did eat at the restaurant, Seasons, but we would not recommend the food. My husband had the burger and it had a dry piece of lettuce on it. I had the chicken fried steak and the gravy was the consistency of thin soup. I will say that the wait staff was very friendly and it wasn't their fault the food was bad. The front desk staff and the valet attendants were also very friendly and helpful. I can't say it would be a place I would stay at again though.

Had fun with the kids playing cards and the grandkids swimming in the pool.

Property was clean and well maintained, staff was friendly and helpful. On site cafe was very good. We had a large room with a separate living and TV area from the main bedroom and two bathrooms. The room did not have a microwave which seemed a bit odd and the windows could use a wash, otherwise the casino and property was great.

Was very surprised that hallway, front office area filled with smoke smell. Even to get to restroom in Casino, one has to walk through smoke area of casino. There was no coffee available anywhere even though website states coffee in the lobby and few other places is available. Vending machines were empty. Overall 2 minus.
