Lovely setting, exceptionally clean, lots of personal touches, rooms well presented and stocked, Liz and David extend a lovely warm welcome, share their knowledge of the area, love the fact that you can pick your portion size at breakfast.

A really nice and spacious room with comfortable beds. David and Louise are very welcoming hosts who really went the extra mile to make sure we had a good stay including giving good tips on what to see while visiting the Dales. On top of this an excellent breakfast.

We loved the peaceful, private setting, beautifully designed and spacious rooms, high-quality finishes, and the thoughtful attention to detail throughout. The property felt both luxurious and homely, with a warm, welcoming atmosphere, excellent facilities, and exceptional hoist access that made the stay comfortable and inclusive.

Absolutely beautiful hotel in a really lovely village. The service we received was second to none and we can't sing their praises enough! Everything was comfy and cosy and the food was amazing, we'll definitely be back again!

The hosts, Lousie and David, are exceptional. They paid close attention to details and went all their way out to make my 6D5N stay really comfortable and memorable. I have travelled quite many places but have not experienced such impeccable care and service till now. The accommodation is very well appointed and maintained. If there is a 7-star rating, I'd have gladly given it. Unparallelled, excellent, possibly unbeatable! None at all.

Breakfast was superb. Helpful owners enthused about local walks and provided maps Weather was unusually hot and rooms over warm but hosts worked hard to alleviate this with fans and opening up windows.

What a fantastic place this is , David and Louise were perfect hosts, nothing was too much trouble for them they were so engaging with their customers, the attention to detail was amazing - lots of little extras that made such a difference . The breakfasts were outstanding and plenty of options . The place was immaculate. Definitely one to recommend.
