They put me in room 117 which is right beside a utility room with a water pressure pump. That thing kicked on and off all night long and was so loud there was no sleeping going on at the Sleep Inn! I checked with them in the morning and they were not even close to full capacity so why I was put in that room is beyond me. Especially when I mentioned what room I was in to the front counter the morning I checked out and he knew exactly what I was gonna say when I told him my room number. I asked for a call from the manager or some type of compensation and nothing as of yet.

Not much .When I booked this room it was stated that there was a roll in shower ,descriptions read also quadruple size room.This was not so .There was only a bath tub which would not work for my husband.the staff would do nothing to help fix the problem.Said because I booked through a second party it was not there fault.The room was also not worth over 300.00 dallors.I was ripped off big time.My husband is in a wheel chair and could not shower .the room was unsafe for handicapped people. Correct description of the room .Because I would not have booked the room unless there was a roll in shower.I will probably not book through you anymore .not worth it.I will call directly to the place from now on.Thanks for nothing.

The rooms could be updated a bit more. There were a few parts of our bed that were broken.

Staff was friendly and facilitates were clean. We had a shower head arm that leaked like crazy and sprayed all over the bathroom floor. Disappointed the cleaning staff did not bring this up to management as it caused so much water damage one of the baseboard tiles popped off. We let front desk know and they took feedback well. Wouldn’t mind staying here again.

Your key card reader was all out of whak and had no key. the staff did very well but were little over there heads

Find breakfast from 6 to 10 in the morning, allowed us to go outdoors for sunrise and come back for breakfast

The location, staff, breakfast in the morning, rooms were ALL great. The pillows weren’t comfortable for my liking so I didn’t get a very good nights rest.
