High Seas Motel

The staff was delightful; helpful and friendly! The proximity to the beach is amazing! It's a little rough around the edges inside, but if you are looking for a place close to the beach where you can sleep in a pretty comfortable bed, this fits the bill.

Great location. We have stayed here for a second trip now. You are very close to many breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. Plenty of shops and the beach is right there! Not a bad place for what you pay. Behind the bathroom door there was a bunch of sand from previous guests. Some dust and dirt on handles and drawers. Just looked like it could maybe be wiped down a little better or mopped in places. Overall not bad.

Location The room had a weird smell, it needed some fresh paint and updating and they crammed a lot of things into a small space. The shampoo and conditioner were half used when we got there, they didn’t bother to replace them with new ones for the next people that would be staying. Also there was no safe in the room which was disappointing. For $300 per night it definitely was not worth the money.

I like the location, it is walking distance from the beach, restaurants, shopping and entertainment. The hotel building, rooms beds furniture are very old, I think the owners should consider renovating the place

This is the perfect spot to sleep and shower and then get out and enjoy Rehoboth for everything it offers cause that's the point right? A comfy, clean place to rest and prep for your day. Look no further and you and your wallet will be happy.

Location, quiet, clean, pleasant staff No elevator. No coffee in room or at facility. No swimming pool.

The property was dated.. but Clean & location & price! The older air conditioner smell but it was manageable

Personnel $250.00/night for a sink that wouldn't drain, paint peeling on door, frayed lamp shade (one lightbulb out), refrigerator that didn't cool adequately, the most basic commercial-only TV. AC worked, thank goodness. Again, just too much money for what we got.

Basic motel, only need a spot to sleep but staff was very very friendly, no issues with arriving very late. the room and bathroom were no frills, but Clean. And that is important to me! Air conditioning worked very well, no musty smells, no weird stains on the walls or leak spots on ceilings. The shower liner was completely clean, no brown edge. Place is kept up very well! I automatically always ask for extra towels, and glad I did, it should have had stocked 2 more in a room that sleeps 4, and same for the heavier blanket, we didnt need it, but noticed there was only one and it was a 2 bedroom room.

The location is great, close to the beach and boardwalk was about a 10/15 minute walk. It’s close to shopping and restaurants, found some hidden gems near the hotel. Not sure all rooms, but the air conditioner which is right next to bed, blows cold air right on you as you sleep. Maybe another table on other side of the bed.

Major misrepresentation of star level. This was listed as 3 star and is not even a 2 star. Very dated and in disrepair. If there was a cheap way of doing something they found it. The faults were too numerous to list.
