the Personal were always available and friendly to help - Very familiar atmosphere. the side edges of the bed are very high and is really uncomfortable even to sit, something must be changed yes or yes,

Nice that there was a small swimming pool (approx. 4m by 9m), but the lighting could be better as it felt quite dinghy and grim. Breakfast selection was okay.

The room was very clean and the view from the balcony was beautiful. The staff was smiling and helpful. The hotel has a well maintained pool and sauna. The beds were unfortunately not comfortable for us,the mattress was very hard and pillows not comfortable as well.

The rooms and the views are fantastic, and there are some lovely walks in the area Everything very clean and well maintained Staff very friendly and helpful Evening Meals and breakfast were lovely If you are travelling by motorcycle be aware of the uneven and gravel car park, bot a problem if you are experienced bu worth being aware of. We booked here because o the pool and sauna, but they are much to small for the size of the hotel and are too crowded to use comfortably, as such the price was a little high when you consider this factor.

The staff is super nice, always available and very helpful. The apartment we booked (and got for our second night there) was spacious, top floor and so reasonably quiet. Although we booked and paid for the large (90m²) apartment (we prepared to cook and dine there, play board games with the family), the first night they gave us a small apartment, plus an adjoining double room. They said it's the same price as the large apartment that we booked. However it was rather disappointing: we were expecting a big living room, fully equipped kitchen, big dining table. In reality we just a tiny little claustrophobic living room with a kitchenette that can hardly be called fully equipped. The fridge was just a minibar, no bench space, the dining table was only for two. The second day I checked with the reception if we could move, which after some organising they granted. So we could move over to the apartment we actually booked, which was then great (apart from the inconvenience of packing up again). Better would have been if we had gotten what we paid for from the very beginning.
