Everything was perfect. I loved the hotel, the owner Roland and his family was exceptionally friendly and helped us with daily activities. The hotel location is perfect. NOTHING AT ALL . Everything was perfect and can’t complain at all.

We had a truly beautiful stay at Boutique Hotel Clara. The entire atmosphere was wonderful, but the staff really made the difference. Roland was incredibly kind and helpful with everything we needed. A huge thank you also to the sweet cleaning lady and the two wonderful ladies at breakfast who started our days with a smile. Speaking of breakfast, it was delicious! There were so many healthy options to choose from, and the coffee was excellent. Highly recommend if you are visiting Kronplatz!

The location, the staff, the room and the breakfast were amazing! The fold out couch is a bit uncomfortable.. I’d rather have two beds. Then one bed and the couch. But it was still very good overall!

You can not heat up bathroom. Heater heats really slow and it turns off after some time. Shower has warm but not hot water.

Fair price for value, convenient location for both skiing and sight-seeing, good and rich breakfast, very nice owners, carying personally for their guests. The underground garage is an additional convenience, especially in winter.

Staff was very polite and happy to help with anything. They had list for good restaurants nearby and activitys to do etc. There was no negative things at all.

Everything was perfect ! The owners were really nice and kind, room very clean & spacious with 2 balconies and wonderful views. Breakfast amazing, beautifully and modern presented.
