Amazing location, really great and sweet staff, we celebrated a birthday here and they helped us organize a surprise, amazing breakfast, great view. One small issue is that the AC sometimes keeps getting, but the staff quickly fixed the problem

The property is immaculate and has an eco friendly modern design that is perfect in every way. The spa is simply incredible - there are at least 4 saunas on the property, a steam room, 3 types of post sauna recovery rooms. Plus an indoor / outdoor pool and hot tub. The staff are the nicest people you will meet on your trip- this family run property treats their staff well and you can tell they are all happy to be there The restaurant and food is incredible. And almost all grown on the property or locally made. Lotte the hotel Bernese mountain dog is super friendly and cute We stayed here for one night on our honeymoon- this was by far the best place we stayed across all of Italy. I plan on coming back here and staying longer! I could not think of a single thing I didn’t like

Wonderful hotel with excellent cuisine. The management and staff were super friendly and provided helpful service. The room was expansive with a nice view. The hotel has excellent wellness facilities. We walked from the hotel to the Kronplatz cablecar. No complaints at all.

Unique Everything, including location, hospitality and foods

Large room and balcony! Spa, nice sunset on balcony … Served breakfast - prefer open buffet. No cooling pool in sauna (just showers)

Concept. Staff. Extremely clean. Compared to my previous stay, the hotel was really full. Staff was very stretched. We were told twice to prepare to leave the room way before check out time because they needed to clean it.

Unbelievable view, incredible crew, the Best family hotel

Everything was amazing: the family concept of the hotel, attention to every detail, managing to make every guest feel as the most special, very friendly staff. Delicious and healthy food. Inclusive of bike rentals, parking, afternoon rich snack bar. The pillows could be softer and bigger.

I have been traveling all over Europe for the past 5 plus years. From Normandy France to Copenhagan / Praha to Budapest and Croatia - this is by far the best place I have stayed - bar none. Family owned and very wonderful staff there. Lila (the hotel pup) was always there to greet you at the door. I was looking for a quick get away weekend to reflect on life and the COVID situation. Needed a place to rest and restore. This place was perfect. Room was fantastic, food was incredible, wine was well pared with the meals. Best breakfast in Europe in my opinion. Spa was incredible, recommend the hot stone massage! The decor is perfect. Walking trails were right there, gondola to Kronplatz was very close - walking distance. I literally had no reason to leave the facilities and I was perfectly happy with that. I literally have nothing bad to say about this place.
