Hampton Inn & Suites Reno West

The room was nice, clean and the staff was always helpful. The air conditioning could be noisy sometimes as it started up. We will definitely stay there again.

Sasha was great. She made sure we had a room that my sister could get too easily and my dog stayed and it was so quiet. The receptionists at front were always really helpful It was all really nice

I have stayed at this Hampton Inn many times and never had a disappointing stay . This time, they did not have a handicapped room available , that was solved quickly by installing a seat in the tub. I felt safe and cared for. The room was comfy as well as the beds. The pillows are so dreamy. Breakfast was delicious and I enjoyed the fresh cut fruit every morning. Great stay and I look forward to staying there again soon. I wish there were more handicapped friendly rooms.

The hotel was clean and inviting. The room was much bigger than I had expected, my family was thrilled with the space and comfort of the beds. Definitely a 5 star experience!!!

The room was spacious and well laid out. The couch was firm (the way we like it) and directly in front of the TV, not at the other end of the room where some other hotels (like Hyatt!) have them. The bathroom had a nice wide countertop and amenities such as makeup removal packets. The breakfast choices were good, something for everyone, but just avoid the oatmeal which tasted like dishwater (or so I would imagine). Another plus is the parking is good, and FREE. We plan on staying here whenever we visit Reno.

It was clean, the staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. Check in and out was a breeze I could only watch basic tv like Tubi and free shows. I think for the price of $198 for one night they should at least provide one streaming channel like Netflix, Hulu or Disney. I shouldn’t have to log in on my personal account

Stuart was awesome Everything was great mostly, I feel the hot breakfast could be a lot better 3 options and I couldn't stomach any of it.

Your staff is always most welcoming, we would like to tell you how Lily who worked at the front desk was most accommodating to us. The room that we stayed in only had one chair and my husband called out to the front desk, and Lily made quick effort to give us another chair. We also very much enjoy the breakfast and the variety they’re in. Your utensils with which to eat breakfast or flimsy and that they are not sturdy enough to cut through waffles or even scrambled eggs. That’s our only problem or inconvenience.
