Rusty and old building. Smelled like a dungeon that was closed for 100 years . Window mount ac unit was huffing and puffing all night like it’s gonna die soon.

Received a free upgrade to a suite as large as my apartment! Good amenities, quiet at night.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. There was a strong smell of perfume in the room that did not dissipate even when I opened all of the windows.

The staff was so rude, they didn't allow to eat food in the dining with a reason Indian food smells strong and western people doesn't like it. Then they shouldn't allow to book for the Indian People, this is not at all acceptable.

The room is very clean and organized, front desk staff helpful and friendly. We especially found the breakfast full of options and tasty. The beds are comfortable after a long day of travel too. Mind you its also at prime location of this town, you only have to buy your own ingredients to cook in the ensuite kitchen, they provide everything you need in terms of utensils.

The complimentary breakfast was not available until 7:30, way too late. It should be open for breakfast by 6:30!

Older building so noise travels very easily, it’s also not super clean and you can tell that the building used to allow smoking.

Clean comfortable room and beds with nice linens. The breakfast room was sparkling clean with more choices than a typical continental breakfast. The staff all were helpful and smilingly pleasant. A good night’s sleep and a great way to start the day. We have stayed here twice and both times we needed staff help to get the TV working. They were good about it and ultimately got it fixed, but it did happen twice and took some time.
