How cold the room got and hot clean it was. The front desk lady was very nice. It took us a long time to know where the entrance was. The room was suffocatingly humid because the AC was not on when we first got there. The toilet got clogged. The worst part was how uncomfortable the food service people made us feel. The food was only for two time servings which is unlimited for other Holiday Inns. The cost was not worth the stay. I pay less in the United States. How does that even make sense?

We liked the room nice and cool. Free breakfast was really good too. Available free parking close to the entrance. Remodeling going on the 2nd floor with black plastic all over the floors and hallways felt warm.

More expensive than a Holiday Inn in DUBAI. Absolutely crazy! Breakfast not included. Safety box not working. Never again.

The air-conditioning did not work. I advised hotel and was moved to another room the second day of my stay. That room also had a problem with the air condition. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with the experience.

I liked that the location in the city was good spot. The toilet kept leaking and I got tired of calling maintenance. I wished they would have moved us to new room.
