Bed Rho Stazione - Fiera

I really loved my stay here. The staff were super polite and took great care of everything. The room was perfectly clean, and the parking around the hotel was very convenient and easy to find. I will definitely come back!

The staff spoke Russian/Ukrainian too and was helpful. It was not a comfortable stay. Somehow, did not like almost everything there. I was travelling with a child. The last drop was a sound of neighbor guests having sex in another room. A free parking is 5 minutes walking distance, not safe one.

The host kindly agreed to let us check in late, however with our flight delay, we ended up checking in 2 hours before we are due to check out!!! The host once again was very king and understanding allowing us to stay few more hours to rest. Thank you.

The room was very easy to find, and the location was 50 meters from the train station which I used every day. There were grocery stores close by and a kabob restaurant directly out front. So, the bedroom was very small but was totally adequate. The bed was comfortable. There was great hot water and lighting, and plugs were good. The lady on staff was available for help. I did have a couple problems. I dropped something under the bed, and it was clear the bed had not been cleaned under for at least a month. Also, all the rooms are listed as non-smoking, but it is not enforced. When I first walked into the room, I almost gagged from the heavy smoke smell. They provided fresh towels almost daily. The radiator which appeared new had a small water leak one night and I put a towel down and it got soaked. They replaced the towel the next day and the leak never reappeared. The heating and AC were excellent. The shower door was off the track, and they tried to fix it and couldn't get it to work properly. It closed most of the way and the floor would get wet, but it wasn't a real problem. The shower was really excellent with the hot water and all the jets. Finally, my biggest complaint was that on two nights other residents in the apartments did not follow the quiet hours. On those two nights, I had to go knock on doors to quiet people down. Quiet hours started at 10 pm and I knocked at midnight both times. Other than that, I would stay again if the smoke smell was gone.

Nothing Quality of bed, room, bathroom Much below my expectations. There was even no sufficient shower Gel. No toothbrush. No shaver. Totally does not deserve even 50 euros per night but I was paying 265 Euros per night.

Air conditioning and the little fridge was definitely a plus. The owners were very kind. No breakfast available but there was a street cafe just in front which was just as good. We missed having a bin and a daily hoovering

1.They said in description that they have free parking, but the parking is 5-10 min away from the hotel, and there is a public parking area not private 2.they access my card, without my approval, after I called them and agreed to pay cash at the destination.
