The staff were incredibly positive, smiling, and helpful throughout my stay. Ilias and Anastasia at the reception were especially kind, patiently answering my endless questions about the town and island, offering great recommendations, and sharing a wonderful chat. My room was fantastic, located on the top floor in a corner spot, with a huge balcony that offered views of the castle and the Aegean Sea. It was also extremely clean and well-managed. I really loved the hotel overall, and the restaurant was quite nice as well. While the location is a bit far from the old town, it is clearly a dedicated hotel area, which made it much quieter. Since I had my own motorcycle, I didn't need to use public transportation. I will definitely be visiting again!

The hotel is nice, the staff are very helpful, and the food is generally good. The pool isn't that clean, but it's manageable. The biggest issue -- and it's a seasonal one-- is that there's a massive construction site right across the hotel! There's a lot of noise, and it's very disturbing. The staff are trying to help; they moved us to a room that doesn't face the construction, but unfortunately, the problem still isn't fully resolved. If you are sensitive to noise, bring your earplugs!

The building opposite our room was a little noisy and dusty but the hotel was not responsible for thst.

The staff are great! My experience was quite different from what I expected. There was a lot of noise from other guests staying at the hotel, as well as some noise from the construction site next door. The room also had an unpleasant smell throughout my stay. Another major issue was the bed. It consisted of two single beds pushed together, which were extremely uncomfortable and unstable. They kept separating, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. I would recommend that the management invest in better-quality beds and improve the overall comfort and maintenance of the rooms.

location is very good, both historical areas, shopping zone and sea line is close the hotel, food and sevice is very good, they prepared concept main courses and open buffet is very clean and delicious Room is enough space for a family, room is clean and bathroom is very clean Our balcony door closes, and balcon looks like safe but need painting of wood material,

I like location, food for breakfast and dinner, cleanliness. Everything was very good!

There is no soundproofing at all. We were on the first floor and could hear traffic, music every morning at 7.30, doors opening and closing in the corridor. Not to mention construction work on the hotel next door, which should last until 2027. Not the best choice if you 'd like to sleep in.

We like location, close to the beach! Food was very good! Rooms was clean, thank you to cleaning woman. Nothing to say.

The staff there was super friendly and welcoming, food quality was decent. The best thing is that they provide you with free sun beds on the beach. The room are a bit old.

I like that everyone there knows you if you go often and are very nice to us! Staff is always kind! What we did not like is that on our visit after that before beginning our trek home to New York we were told on arrival that they did not have a room for us because apparently someone had suffered a stroke and couldn’t be moved! Therefore, giving away our room! They walked us to Mitsis La Vita which was not where we wanted to be! It was our last night and our 43rd anniversary! No one seemed to care about that! Needless to say we were up early the next day to catch our flight! What was more disturbing to us was as we were waiting in your Mitsis Petit Palais after dinner another couple came in way after us and because they were staying longer they were given a room! So they lied about having no other rooms! Lying is not acceptable to us!!!

The only thing I did not like was the shower.

I liked the staff and the room. The food choices were good too. The pool area was small.
