Florida Hotel

The hotel is close to Elli Beach and the famous restaurant Niohori. Beach towels were provided daily. I stayed on the 3rd floor, where there is no elevator, but going up was not tiring. Before my arrival, the hotel shared clear instructions on how to get there, along with the house rules, and everything was explained again when I checked in. At night, if you open the windows, the breeze is so nice that you don’t even need to use the air conditioner, even though both an air conditioner and a fan are available in the room. not applicable. liked the stay

The receptionist was very pleasant, helpful, and even recommended great places to visit and excellent restaurants. The hotel boasts an excellent location in a quiet neighborhood, featuring a clean room and a comfortable bed. A wonderful touch was that they offer beach towels to use during your stay, and even beach umbrellas and sunscreen. The bathroom is slightly dated, though spotlessly clean.

Lovely owners, super welcoming and comfortable. Great rooms, cute neighborhood and quiet. Very clean and loved the ability to borrow beach towels and beach shoes Nothing!

Staff very kind and welcoming ? Welcoming little bottle of water in the room ? Very well located for shopping groceries, restaurants, walking to the harbor, walking to the central bus station, walking to the old city or beaches  ... ? Nice kitchenette, equipment wise (may be missing a small coffee maker though - only possible to boil water), and little very operative fridge ? (really cold). Plenty of hangers for your clothes ? Balcony has a table for breakfast for sunny mornings ? (no table inside though - convenient room, but not large enough to add a small table for rainy days -> get out to a coffee place). Little safe for your passport or other little things. Elevator for luggage ? (not for handicapped person though). For those who need it to sleep well, my room wasn't hundred % in the dark at night. No electrical outlet for electrical shaver or hairdryer in the bathroom (I used the one for the TV set, next to a large mirror ?).

I mistook my ferry boat departure time and only had 15 minutes to get to port. They offered to drive me to port and I made my connection. Extraordinary care was shown to me. 0

The hotel is on the best street in an otherwise modern, ordinary and fairly noisy neighborhood -- the street is pedestrianized and very narrow, so the silence was complete. The balcony overlooking the street provided a good view of some handsome old house fronts.

I love the location, near the beach, port, and the old Town. It have stayed periodically at this nice, quiet family hotel for about 2 decades, and very much enjoy the facility, staff, and of course the island. NA

They were really helpful and sincere. I really felt like home. Everyone was very friendly and always ready to assist with a smile. I truly appreciated their kindness. The location was really good.

Location is perfect for beach-focused stay, being only 5 minutes from Elli Beach. On a quiet street. Generally clean and comfortable. I felt safe as a solo female traveller. Has anyhing that you may need from microwave to iron, to beach umbrellas, beach towels and sunscreen. Water pressure is good and rooms are cleaned daily. The bathroom didn’t feel fully clean as it had someone else’s hair when I first checked in. The bed is quite uncomfortable, it is only a slab of thin foam instead of a normal mattress. The room and appliances could use some upgrades.

Excellent location - within 10 minutes of everything I wanted to explore in Rhodes Town. Quiet.

I am so happy I choose this Apartment/Hotel for my stay. I noticed this hotel is rated as a 2 Star. However, the attention to detail, the warm welcome and hospitality, the personal touch of this family business is incredible. The hotel is perfectly located in a quiet alley less than 5 minutes to the beach and minutes walk to dozens of restaurants, cafes, shops and bakeries. The staff is very informative with regard to tours, ferry schedules, buses, and make wonderful suggestions on places to eat. My room was a decent size. The wifi and AC worked very well. It had a lovely balcony overlooking the main alleyway. The cleaners did an exceptional job cleaning my room daily. The hotel provides beach towels and beach shoes. Any questions or issues I had were addressed by the staff/owners of the hotel. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Enjoyed everything.
