Only location The staff were very rude, and the hotel lacked cleanliness and comfort. Breakfast was very limited and often ran out before everyone had a chance to eat. The rooms were not cleaned properly, and the reception staff seemed annoyed whenever we asked a question. We also requested to change our room to one with a street view, but our request was refused. Instead, we spent the entire week looking at a construction site, with constant noise and dust, which made our stay very unpleasant. The location of the hotel is excellent, which is why it's disappointing that the overall experience was let down by the service. I hope the management will improve the staff's professionalism and the quality of the guest experience.

It has a good location. It’s very outdated, with a shower with the curtain as a “box”, the air conditioner right in the face of the bed, the window door that can’t stay open during the night (it’s the only “window”), and the view is a construction site. The rusty clothes horse not very useful. It’s just uncomfortable, not the room I was looking for the holiday - luckily was just for a night, we went in a nice place after.

location of the facility is good, enough area for room, building of otel is very old, lift is old, no hair dryer in the rooms, some renovation works did not finished, ground has levelling problem

Great location - right in the middle of shopping district, cafes and eateries and close to buses and Mandraki harbour. Friendly staff. Room was a bit cramped.

Breakfast was quite good, for a continental breakfast. Rooms were small for our amount of Luggage with no drawers and little hanging space, as we stayed there for 2,5 weeks.

The location was perfect. 10-15 minutes walk to Old Town and 10 minutes walk to Elli Beach. Plenty of shopping just around the corner. Bus stop is 2 minutes walk The bathroom. Shower was the worst I've ever had. No locks on the door. Ok, we paid not much, but the bathroom espacially shower is a disaster. The curtains! are sticking on your body while showering. Too tiny place.

While definitely not a high-end hotel, it is a decent accommodation at a reasonable price. The location is good, staff were nice, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was decent as well. There are plenty of restaurants and shops around and most of Rhodos city sights are reachable by foot. The bus station is also 5-minute walk away, convenient if you want to use public transport to/from the airport or other places on Rhodos island. Overall, it's a good value for money. The rooms are clearly a bit old, the bathroom door was a bit rustic and with mold likely from getting wet because of the shower placement. But it's still fine for a short stay especially if you're planning to be out enjoying the city.

A central location close to all the bars and even a late night music venue. The room was a modest size with a large double bed with comfortable mattress and pillows. The hot shower was perfect before bed.
