Great location, great friendly people working there going out of their way to assist

Location. Additionally the gentleman who made our check in process at first day. He was well familiar withi his duty, helpfull, his attitude was very friendly. His approaches for any kind of concern and feedback were extremely professional. First couple days of our stay, we suffered from a stinks and smells coming from outside restaurants and sometimes from galley of our hotel. Additionally two of lights were broken from very first day and these equipment were not rectified during our stay and no response from hotel regarding the maintenance

The room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help whenever needed. The location was very convenient, with a bus stop just a 5-minute walk away offering direct connections to the airport. The Old Town can be reached in about 20 minutes on foot, and there are plenty of taverns, restaurants, and shops in the surrounding area, a mini market is just right in front of hotel. The included breakfast was also a great bonus and made the stay even better. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and good value for money. As a small suggestion, the quality and freshness of some breakfast items could be enhanced. That said, this was not a significant concern, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The positive aspects of the hotel far outweighed this minor point.

Diana is a warm, fresh, bright star in a touristy neighborhood. We visit Rhodes often on our way to another island. It can be full of tourists on package holidays. But the Diana feels like a big bougie hug. The decor is fresh and lovely, the rooms are large and comfortable. The beds are very comfy. They make a great breakfast spread. But the real stars of the Diana are the staff! They are friendly, like down to Earth, really friendly. Which in a town full of service workers dealing with tourists feels like a breath of fresh air. Speaking of, the A/C is worth price of admission alone. When they were full on another visit, we left our other hotel and hung out in the Diana's bar to watch the soccer games because the vibe is chill and the staff so honestly friendly. It's a quick walk to downtown for shopping (5 mins) and about 10 mins to Elli Beach, Maltemi Restaurant (recommend!) and also the entrance to Old Town. So a great location. A little farther to get to the ferry terminals, but they'll call a cab for you. Watch the sunset on the beach just down the block. We were only upset because the Diana was full on our return trip, and we couldn't stay. This place is fantastic.

The lady at the reception was really welcoming and helpful. The ceiling in the bathroom was covered with mold, after I pointed it out, room service came and tried to wash it away but it's not how you get rid of it. The ventilation was almost not functioning. The breakfasts were poor. One type of ham and cheese one type of olives(c'mon it's Greece) unripe tomatoes. If you want to get some omlet you have to come not later than 9:15, otherwise you'll see an empty container where it used to be. Every morning we were hunting for clean forks. I think kitchen is understaffed. There were pigeons nests in the building next to the hotel, so they visited our balcony from time to time

The main bed was comfortable. The other two beds in the quadruple luxury sweet were not comfortable at all. One was a cot that has a thin mattress on top of it and you could feel the metal frame through the bed. The property has some items that are poorly maintained in the bathroom. While it may be overall clean, the items like shower tiles being what appeared to be molded or at least dirty.

The hotel is situated in a quiet area, yet close to many restaurants and shops. The breakfast is good. All is good

The breakfast was nice, basic but enough of it and the breakfast area had a nice decor and feel to it! The location was perfect for all we needed A full length mirror in the room would of been good, but apart from that, no complaints

The staff was very helpful and friendly when I left something behind. I was able to retrieve it soon after I left!

Location Would have liked coffee and tea available throughout the day.

This is a lovely, newer hotel with a nice lobby and a breakfast room on the main floor with windows to the street. Our room was nicely decorated, comfortable and very clean. The balcony looked over the city; not a great view but it's always a plus to have a balcony. The room was large enough so we weren't tripping over our things: Both the bedroom and bathroom had plenty of counter space and room for our luggage and toiletries. Staff was very kind and friendly, allowing us to leave our luggage after checkout as we waited for the ferry. Breakfast was good with enough options including eggs, bacon, breads, cheese, cereals and breakfast sweets. We found this hotel to be a very good value. The hotel is starting to show signs of age in the hallway wallpaper and room walls so I hope they address these maintenance issues during the winter season. I would have liked having some fresh breakfast options like cucumbers, tomatoes, greens.

Great location , clean rooms and friendly staff! Breakfast is good too! It was my second time and I would definitely go back again!

The location was okay, 2-3 minutes walk to the crowded area and for the people who rent a car during their stay, available parking spots nearby. The breakfast was insufficient in every way. The eggs were ice cold, the cheese was smelly. There were no butter for the last 2 days and when we asked for it they told us it is finished. No greens, tomatoes, cucumbers and many things like in the photos. The breakfast was like they try to empty the fridges and whatever left over. A couple of plugs werent working in the room. (Under the tv). The toilet syphon also weren’t working properly.

The property itself is in a nice location. It is close to the sea and an easy walk into the town. We had a huge mosquito problem in our room. When we arrived, we had to kill at least 25 mosquitoes and it was clear from the number of marks on the walls that this wasn’t a one-off issue. I asked reception for mosquito spray and was told the only option was a plug-in repellent, even though there was already one in the room that clearly wasn’t effective. When we left the room for a while and came back, the problem was just as bad. One member of our group had a severe allergic reaction to the bites, so we decided to leave the property after being checked in for only a few hours. While I understand that mosquitoes can be difficult to control, I felt the situation was not handled appropriately. The staff simply said, “no one has told us about this problem before,” and no real action was taken. As someone who works in the hospitality industry, I was disappointed by the lack of concern and response. We would have expected the issue to be taken more seriously, or at least some effort made to ensure guests are comfortable.

Comfortable Bed. Huge room with balcony. AC and fast WiFi. Great breakfast. Friendly staff. Perfect location. Low price!

The facility is outdated and little different than the pictures, the breakfast is eatable, but we skipped the second day even if it's included in our terms, the shower head was broken it didn't work well and there was a TV but no remote to operate it, the safe is an old safe with a key and it's not attached to anything! I expected much more from a "boutique" hotel at least newer facilities and also for the price! We had luck with parking but it's very hard to find.

I escaped to this hotel due to noise issues at my other one. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. There was still noise here but I lucked out in that my room had a sofa bed in a little nook that insulated me from noises you could hear from the bed. So I slept on that. I was honestly just grateful to have that respite. It is a very noisy part of town. I think it’s a great value for the money. Nice room and bathroom, and clean. Working tv. Tea kettle. I didn’t like that it was still noisy. There is street noise. People playing music. People on Rhodes don’t seem to quiet down until 1am on weekdays. Idk what the weekend is like, maybe they don’t sleep at all. I wouldn’t stay in this part of town again if you paid me.
