Nothing. They don't want to do the refund even if you don't do the check-in. They refused to do the refund in booking.com.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was very good, and the hotel’s location was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay. Nothing. Everything met our expectations

Friendly hosts and location Breakfast could have been earlier

Located in the best preserved part of the medieval town. The building itself dates back to the end of the middle ages. The room was as up-to-date as you could reasonably renovate given the circumstances. When you step outside the hotel you step into the middle ages. Taxis are not allowed in Old Town Rhodes so the driver could not take me to the hotel itself but dropped me off at the nearest city gate. While quiet during my off-season stay I could get noisy with vehicles driving by the front of the building.

Location great, quiet neighborhood with just a short walk to old town. Beautiful wood decor. Loved the patio on top next to our room, so peaceful with a beautiful breeze and view. Be prepared to carry luggage up steps. One room was very hot on arrival so would be good to turn on air conditioning before guests arrive.

It has an awesome location and a ton of character. A couple of the nights we were there the owner and some friends played guitar and the music was wonderful. Some of the rooms are very reflective of an 800-year-old building. We had two nights in the best room in the house and then the third night, we had to move to a nearby room that had a very saggy bed.. It was perfect for one night as we were getting up at 3:30 in the morning anyway, but I would not have wanted to spend all three nights here.

Love the ancient old feel of this place and the location was perfect and quiet. I had the queen’s panoramic room with fuse all around. Loved it.

This was a lovely, small and friendly hotel in the old section of Rhodes. The guest piano player at breatkfast one day was amazing! Chatting with other guests at the outside tables also made for a lovely, personable expereience.

Location Spacious room with balcony which we really enjoyed. Quiet area of a busy town. No coffee maker in room No grab bar in shower/bath little help getting a taxi to airport No key for safety deposit box even after we asked twice

This hotel was situated not too far from the Square of the Martyrs and was located up a slight incline. We were in a room that was separate from the main hotel with a direct entrance off the street. The room was full of character and had everything you could need for a short stay. The staff at the hotel were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was enjoyable. It was a little strange to step off the street straight into the room, and with no balcony, the only open seating area was outside on a narrow side street. This was fine for a short stay, but with little natural light coming into the room, it may feel a little claustrophobic for a stay longer than a few days.

Only the location. The room I was given was not the one I had booked, and I still don’t understand how this mistake happened. I asked for another room the same day, and the next morning I was offered two alternatives. I agreed to one of them and asked to be informed about the cost, but nobody ever called me back, and instead the room was given to someone else. The following day they called again about the second option, but by then it was too late. The room I ended up with had no privacy at all – the window opened directly to a shared staircase. The key was old and unsafe, easy to open, and there was no control over who entered or left the hotel. The bathroom had no ventilation, the main door still had a paper notice from 2012 on it that hadn’t been removed in 13 years, and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. Overall, a very disappointing stay.

The young man as the only staff member at the hotel running the bar and tried to do something about the failures with the room. He tried but was obviously not in charge of the operation. Our room which was a DeLuxe room did not have electricity, thus no air conditioning, no lights. The young man who was trying to keep the bar and hotel running alone gave us a small room with just one narrow bed that wouldn’t fit us two. The bed’s leg was loose and about it fall off. When we requested for another room so we could sleep, he started requesting additional money for it. He tried but obviously was lost and didn’t know how he should have dealt this situation. Thus, we didn’t want keep arguing although we didn’t get what we had paid for. We sort of felt sorry for him. We asked to have access to the first room as well and one of us slept there, in the dark, no air conditioning in 30 degrees. Despite all this, the hotel has not refunded anything. A total disappointment this hotel.

Right in the center of the city. The room booked was not available. We were instead given a room in the basement which was worse. Breakfast was supposed to be at 7am. There was nobody from staff present. We left without the breakfast and overall the whole experience was unprofessional and careless. Unsatisfied.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Especially Anastasia, we had the chance to discover nice restaurants by following her recommendations. The fact that there were no mosquitos, the refrigerator, iron, air conditioning and television in the room worked without any problems were plus points. We were very happy that there was live music in the evening.

Very nice staff & excellent location. Too tiny room even for economy class and not too cleanness.
