Trash build up on outside of rooms main buildings but otherwise very nice place will be staying again

The staff was welcoming, professional, and always willing to help with any questions. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free. The location is excellent close to restaurants, shopping, and major highways, making it convenient to get around the Dallas/Richardson area. Overall, this hotel offers great value, excellent service, and a comfortable atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

My only complaint was housekeeping. They only do light housekeeping every 3 days and a full clean every 5 days. That is fine for me as I don't need someone cleaning up after me on the daily. But on day 3, light housekeeping didn't even include making my bed which I thought was strange. And they removed the extra towels I had requested as well. Which I guess is the main complaint I have; since the towels are small, I would have appreciated having 2 towels per guest as the standard. But overall, I was very happy with Sonesta ES and will return again next time I'm back in Richardson.

The condition of the bedding was so unsanitary and disturbing that I was unable to sleep in the bed. Instead, I remained fully dressed and slept sitting upright on the couch for only a few hours throughout the night. This experience was unacceptable and fell far below reasonable standards of cleanliness, guest safety, and overall sanitation.

Hotel was very dirty. Entire hallway smelled like marijuana. The free breakfast is disgusting. Do not waste your time staying here. We couldn’t even stay our last night because of the strong odor.

Larry the night manager was personable. We got it super late and felt very welcomed. The breakfast staff were also friendly. Everyone was very down to earth without any loss in hospitality and spirit. Everything was great.

The pool didnt work the week that we were there. We also had the smoke alarm beep the entire stay. We called maintenance and they replaced a battery and it was still back to beeping especially after the workday. Would still stay here again. Everything else was great! Grounds, food, staff, room,etc.

The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. Well maintained. Quiet & safe property. Smart TVs in the room.

High floors are recommended You should ask for HK to make up your room every three nights In general we loved the place as it fits for families

I did like the hotel in general. Only thing is they definitely have roaches. I do not enjoy doing reviews but I genuinely do not like roaches. At all. And Al’s even thought the bed was clean I kept getting bit by something. I honestly do not know what it was.

Room was clean and spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good location. Pool and gym were great. Would stay again when in the Richardson, Texas area.

The hotel is in a wonderful location. The initial appearances average. The lady who assisted me was pleasant until I asked for a room that was not on the first floor. Then she seemed highly irritated but she made the change. Well the hotel was clean there was a musty smell in the hallway. However, my room was in fantastic condition! It was beautifully clean and fresh smelling. It was a very pleasant room to stay in. The breakfast was unappealing but I appreciated it being offered.
