WoodSpring Suites Tri-Cities - Richland 

had double sinks and fridge microwave...didn't read that it was an extended stay type place so when I got there and we couldn't checking in right away I saw alot of rough vehicles in parking lot w flat tires etc...tried to cancel even w trip insurance and got nowhere w expedia.

I had to come back 30 min later and they must of had a shift change and the new person was very nice. It’s a cheap hotel you get what you pay for so no complaints.

I had a full kitchen with no coffee pot… I go downstairs to the complementary coffee and it’s not in service

No tuvimos internet en la habitación, no hay máquina de hielo en todo el hotel, no hay nadie que ayude o de solución, la máquina de café no servía, mala experiencia en servicio.

I had a very disappointing experience. The office closed early, so I couldn’t even check in when I arrived. I ended up losing a lot of money and didn’t even get to stay at this place There was no way for me to use the reservation because the office was already closed. Very frustrating and a complete waste of money. I would not recommend this place, especially if you’re arriving later in the day—make sure you confirm their check-in hours beforehand.

It was a nice clean room Don't have enough room

Nothing good about this place! Do not stay here! This place has bed bugs! Staff are not caring and very unfriendly! They are rude. They didn't seem to care that my wife was bit by the bed bugs! We checked out a day early and they would not even refund our money.

The hotel was great for our 2 night stay, pretty clean, close to lots of stores and restaurants. The bath towels could be slightly bigger, and better material. Would stay there again, good price.

This proper is very clean. I like it.

The front desk staff was very nice, and he made me feel very welcomed. When I was checking out, I rode along with one of the housekeepers in the elevator and had a pleasant conversation. She was very friendly and we got to talk about her grandfather who drove long-hauls and remembering how he made it clear how important it was to be safe when driving and making sure you stopped and rested well before traveling again. That was cool to hear since I almost didn't make the decision to stop here. I'm glad I did!

Don’t recommend staying there. Very poor ventilation between rooms. Neighbors would cook very smelly foods (fish) and it would make our room smell for the rest of the night. Staff were informed and they checked the hall rather than our room like we requested when we asked to switch rooms. The halls don’t smell as intensely as the rooms. Don’t recommend if you’re sensitive to smells or have respiratory issues as you never know what your neighbor is doing in their room, and it WILL be in your room as well. They also did not provide a refund when we left a night early due to their poor ventilation.

There were a few things that could be improved. There was some dust on the bed when I arrived, and towel exchanges are only available at the front desk between 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM, which wasn’t very convenient. One day, it honestly felt a bit like a nursing home because there were several elderly guests who appeared to be sick walking around the hotel. The biggest issue was that one night, someone knocked on my door in the middle of the night and tried to get me to open it, which made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. Overall, it wasn’t a bad stay, and I would consider staying again if these issues were addressed.
