Overall a great stay, easy check-in, clean room/bed/shower, T.V/microwave & mini fridge all were in working order. There is also a free breakfast with some limited offerings, but free is free and not many places offer this type of perk anymore, so it is nice to have as an option. My only warning to others is that it is right off of the highway, so it is very loud, but I knew that when booking so I can't complain. The room had ear plugs to help with that issue, so its not the hotels fault but did want to warn anyone who may not be familiar with the area or is sensitive to loud sounds. Other than that, a great stay for a really affordable rate for the area. I will definetly be staying here again.

Staff was very rude and unprofessional.. the amenities were privileged to certain guests and breakfast was not pleasant at all…. When asked why time changed for pool and asked to speak to manager we were threatened with DNR and was told we had to leave after we paid

It was nice and quiet. The train only came in the early morning so that was fine. I would stay there again.

Good Price. Convenient location. Noisy room facing the off ramp, I wish I had got one facing the pool. Great shower. Very good microwave. The bed was very high up and you had to leap onto. There was a strange smell from the bathroom like vomit or tobacco. We aired the room out and left the fan on but whenever we went out it returned.

This is a place for not more than a night and that too if you don't have any other options. Cheap, get in and get out. Staff was excellent. Cleanliness is much below average, breakfast was below standards. Parking was ok. Overall, if you don't have any other option, this is ok booking otherwise, avoid.

The place was clean roo. Smelled funny. Pool should be heated and open past 7pm. Breakfast was ok but maybe some protein should also be available

Very good

The location was ok. The hotel sits near a busy gas station with people squealing tires at all hours and constant traffic, there are train tracks nearby with constant train noise, and the hotel sits not far from the highway. Everything, the handicapped room had a desk sitting in the middle of the room creating an obstacle for our wheelchair so we had to tell staff and that was a complication. The office worker had difficulty understanding that we needed the desk moved back to the wall so the wheelchair could get through (I'm English speaking) then she finally called in the manager who also had difficulty understanding so I had her follow me to the room and showed her what was happening and finally they understood and moved the desk back which showed us to get the wheelchair through. The shower is a roll in which was nice but causes a slipping hazard. The walls are so thin we could hear people going up and down the stairs, other rooms and outside noises. The breakfast was breaded items, apples (gala), cereal, coffee (bitter), scrambled eggs and potatoes but no meat items, and hardly any healthy food options besides apples. While in my vehicle I observed the cleaning lady letting herself into rooms without knocking first and announcing herself (another person was visibly angry when he arrived back to his room from breakfast and discovered her in his room). We will never stay at this hotel again.

Honestly not my favorite, could use some upkeep. But not bad at allll

Breakfast was good. The ice machine never worked and trash on the side of the building kept gnats and flies by the front door of hotel but staff were kind and accommodating UNLESS you come after 9pm theres a man that works nights that is extremely rude. Otherwise reliable and comfortable property.

Room was clean and beds were comfortable, looked newly remodeled. There were some blinking lights outside and train noise. The blinds were pretty good at blocking most light and they provided ear plugs for noise.

Terrible My tv did not work and staff told me to bad matenance would not be there until tomorrow and they can’t put me in a different room staff was rude room was dirty there is rust all over the metal in the room and no towels

Excellent customer service by Estefany at front desk and Leticia at the breakfast buffet. I thank you both for making my stay so comfortable. I will be back and I do recommend this hotel. The rooms are clean, big counters, nice hot showers.
