Clean room. Good staff

All around pretty good

Shower: The drainage wasn't working properly, so whenever we took a shower, it flooded.

We only stayed for one night driving from the Midwest, so we didn’t use the pool or fitness room. The room had everything we needed and nice to have a mini fridge with freezer for ice packs for the cooler. Comfortable bed if you like a soft mattress . Room was clean and no odors. Very nice breakfast and the attendant kept refilling things and constantly wiping everything down.

This is our usual hotel when we come to visit people in CT and MA. Good “in-between” for day trip between our destinations.

Towels and bedding new and clean. Room was clean breakfast items typical. Older hotel in an older neighborhood. Not as close to the airport as I expected.

There was issues with TV but clerk helped. Toilet kept running, room smelled like mildew,AC made noise and the absolute worst breakfast I have ever had in a hotel. the sausage gravy tasted like dishwater, eggs had no flavor and the meat dish was breaded chicken filet!!!! chicken filet???? Turned keys into clerk never got a bill not even email. The staff was helpful though.

The property was okay ... The air conditioner is were old and being cleaned while we were there and you could see how old they really were. The staff was great and the amenities were good overall I would say this was a 4.2 ...

I am handicap and stayed in a handicap room the toilet was so low and the only bar was behind the toilet useless so it was very difficult to get up

Basically clean. Bathtub was stained. Toilet seat was warped, needed to be replaced. Shower curtain rod was cracked where it attached to both walls. Coffee was good at breakfast. Food was okay. It was decent for one night stay.

Stayed here a couple of times - staff is friendly and responsive. Everything is clean and well maintained- this place is way above average for this class of hotel

Everything was ok but the bed felt lumpy and no place to hang towels

Location, cleanliness, comfortable bed I got into an altercation with the woman working the breakfast who refused to let anyone in slightly before the opening time even though the man at the front desk had given me permission.
