The room reeked of cigarette smoke despite being a non-smoking room. When notified, they offered to “clean” but just sprayed room fresheners to mask the smell. Also, it was a bit deceptive to say “first floor” when the room is actually in the basement without any window. I stayed in the room for a week and felt really stuffy/sick towards the end of the stay.

The hotel was cozy, comfortable and the staff were very helpful, friendly and informative. We stayed for three nights and were able to rent a bike from the hotel. They gave us their contact information in case we needed any help and were always so friendly whenever we saw them. Definitely will be going back again soon. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The hotel seems comfortable, but nothing special. The location is good. Cleanliness was disappointing. I stayed for less than 24 hours and noticed several areas that clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. There was a used toothbrush and other kinds of trash behind the sink — it was disgusting. Additionally, the room only has a window facing the corridor, which completely eliminates any privacy. You have to keep it closed at all times, making the room feel very claustrophobic

Everything! Location, walking to town , the lake , restaurants. Great room. Nothing to dislike!

Lovely staff, clean and comfortable hotel Area a bit noisy and noisy other quests

2 out of 3 windows were not able to close, we could not sleep because we heard neighbor's dog bark all night, rooster sang at dawn & dust, kids played & noisy, neighbors talk cloud, and scream. The 2 light bulbs at 2 night stands were burn out, water in the shower did not drain down for hours cause me got out shower quickly before it flooding, restroom floor was dirty, room too small for 3 people. Pictures on website of booking.com misleading the physical/real condition of the property. We booked for 2 nights but stayed only 1 night, and moved to a different area. We stayed in room 304, the condition was really bad, it should not be used for the rental. Room 304 was not meet the basic standard for even 2 stars hotel. We did not like anything about this property, very poor condition, it is worst than stay in a mobil home.

Helpful staff Our room didn't look like those photos advertised on Booking.com at all! Photos show a bright room with beautiful paintings and aesthetically yellow/green wall colors. Our room was dark and stuffy with wood-colored walls, albeit its large window. One of the lights was actually broken! The hotel overall looks older than in the photos. Plus the bathroom emitted a slightly weird smell. And remember to message the hotel and tell them to prepare a double or twin room for you beforehand, or else they'll choose randomly.

Staff were nice There’s paper thin walls so really hard to get a good night sleep between noisy neighbours and a field next door. Can also hear the elevator ding all night long.

The receptionists- Mr. Cao Cường and Ms. Hương are nice. The location is good. I booked the room with windows. But the windows is blocked by the stairs completely. The room smells mold and bad odor. The fan is covered with dust. I swiped the dust outside of the fan, And I hope I can breathe better. The fan is needed to be opened the screw to clean inside. I asked the receptionist, but housekeeping is not available at the facility. I was suffering , sneezing, headache due to the dust from the fan. I asked the receptionist to upgrade the room with balcony or windows which I can open for fresh air and I would paid the upgrade fees. But they said that those rooms are booked. In summary, I have to stay in a small room, the widows is blocked completely by the stairs, no ventilation with the mold smell, foul odor. Can’t use the fan due to the dust makes me sneezing, and headache. I paid 4 nights. I asked the receptionist- Ms. Thao Vy to change the room with ventilation as I mentioned above. She said that on the 2nd day, she will upgrade the room for me with a fee. But the 2nd day, she stated that the couples extended their stay. I told the receptionist that I can’t stay in this room without ventilation anymore. I just stayed only 1 night in this hotel, I can’t sleep there, due to no ventilation and mold smell. I have to leave the hotel for the sake of my health (without 3 night refunds). The room 503 where I stayed, without ventilation is not qualified as a hotel. The room without ventilation, and the mold smell is bad for human health.

The staff are friendly abd helpful, always smiling. The hotel is nice, but the room a bit small for my suitcase, Breakfast could have more options , but overall I had a good stay

Location was nice and quiet, and walkable into town. It is located just off the main road so has easy access without the noise and busyness. Service recovery was excellent. I had given feedback on the noise and light interruptions outside my room between 3 am and 6 am one evening. The staff changed our room the moment one came available and we had an excellent stay after that. Not a hotel issue but a guest issue. The landings for each floor are located in an airwell, therefore light and sound travels between the floors. This will affect you if you have a room with the window located at the airwell. Make sure you get a room with a window, then this will not be an issue.

Location: Centrally located—easy to get around by bike or even on foot. There’s also parking available for cars. Service: Exceptional. The staff were friendly and very helpful; they even assisted me with printing my documents. Rooms: Nice and clean. It would be perfect if the room had better soundproofing and a proper heating system. Also, my sister and I would feel a bit more secured if there were a door security latch.

The bed was comfy and the stuff really friendly and helped me with diffrent things like laundry and every day new drinking water in the room. Only a indoor window, it had a lot of long hairs allover, the look wasent really modern

Other guests were so loud and inconsiderate past 11pm and until 2am playing loud music and talking and laughing with each other. Staff was nowhere to be found and I had to go myself to ask them to be quiet twice. They didn’t stop. Street was quiet most of the time but dogs barking loudly in the night. So many hotels in Da Lat I think you can find better.

It was clear that the room had been cleaned, but there was a lot of hair on the floor, which I didn’t like.
