Hampton Inn Richmond-Midlothian Turnpike

The personnel were very friendly and hrlpful. The breakfast was great. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was clean with plesnty of towels.

Hotel was nice and clean. But don’t expect housekeeping or an evening manager who knows what he’s doing. We stayed here for 6 days. On day 3 our room wasn’t touched despite being told it would be cleaned every other day. I spoke with the evening manager who promised our room would be cleaned the next day. Well the next day came and went and it still wasn’t cleaned. I again spoke with the same evening manager who was useless. We asked for clean towels. After waiting 2 hours and still no towels we had to call back again. He promised our room would be cleaned the next day. Day 5 mind you. And we check out on day 6. Trash was overflowing. Piles of dirty towels on the floor. Finally the room was cleaned on day 5 Just a shame you have to beg for services that you’re paying for.

The hotel was very good. We prefer a Hilton property when we travel and having breakfast available was a perk. We requested and received a handicap accessible room and it suited all our needs.

A pleasant safe and clean stay. The elevator was broke down for chekin worked Saturday and Sunday and broke again on checkout.

Once we got to our room, it was clean, but the bed was hard and uncomfortable and smelled like a musty . The TV looked like it was falling off the mount, the smoke alarm was hanging off the wall. Not confident but it looked like there was a camera in our room. Friday night parking was ridiculous. The entire lot was filled up with dump trucks and we had to park in the Target parking lot next door and hope we weren't ticketed. My husband tried to buy a bottle of soda and the staff at the counter wasn't sure how to ring it up so it had to be put on the room bill. I didn't intend to book this hotel, it wasn't the one I thought it would be. I was looking for a cheaper option than our previous hotel and I wish I booked the original one and not this one.

Was a nice short stay

I stayed here with my parents. It was clean, and I was able to use the pool and the gym which was great. Would stay here again.

I requested a handicapped bathroom with a walk in shower. It was not provided. I had to go to another hotel and pay more.

Our stay was amazing and close to family. The room was quiet and all amenities were all available to us. The breakfast was filled with great choices. Definitely will make this our preferred hotel.

Carpet in room needs to be fixed or repaired. Could be a trip hazard.

The room was outdated with peeling and stained ceiling. The pool was too cloudy for use, looked unsanitary and dirty. I became queasy after eating the breakfast. I would like a refund. I travel frequently and have never stayed at a Hilton and had this experience. Very disappointed.

Everything was clean, staff were professional and able to answer all my questions. Everything was great.

Refrigerator was very wobbly, hotel needs updating
