The hotel is great, but the staff makes a big difference from the other hotels in the area. They are very polite, smart and proactive.

No AC in the room 82 degrees in there and no other rooms

Pool was closed. Breakfast ended early. The lobby needs to be cleaned, the walls are greasy and dusty around the breakfast area. Room was a nice big size and was clean.

I like the quick check-in, and check-out. Courteous staff, and Rooms cleaning every other day. Atmosphere was very quiet for resting and lobby was available if, at times, you wanted to sit outside of your room. For viewing, limited channels available on TV. Few available restaurants nearby.

The room was spacious and clean and very modern. We appreciated the attentiveness of the staff and we feel that the overall atmosphere created on behalf of gutests make it a nice place to stay!

the breakfast was misleading and the elevators took forever due to one of them being down, but other than that i would definately stay again

The rooms were clean and comfortable, especially the kitchenette, which was very convenient during our stay. Everything was well maintained and thoughtfully arranged. I would also like to mention how comfortable the bedding was. The pillows and mattress were excellent, and we slept very well. The air conditioning worked perfectly, especially compared with the neighboring MVCC building. There is plenty of parking, which is another big advantage. I also liked that the front desk sells a good selection of snacks, drinks, and other useful items. I highly recommend staying here. Compared with the nearby hotels, this is definitely the better choice.

Very nice rooms. Clean and quiet. Breakfast was good especially yogurt and chicken. Bonus you could visit embassy suites for happy hour. Bartender Taylor was very pleasant and engaging!
