Hyatt Place Richmond Airport

While the staff were extremely hospitable and helpful, the property was not cleaned properly. Outside of the construction, my room was not well cleaned and the property smells.

We throughly enjoyed the property and its amenities. The location was wonderfully placed and it aided it making our time away from home a memorable one.

Obviously on the tail end of a remodeling but overall for the location and price I could've been happier. Thank you to the friendly staff, free airport shuttle and perfect breakfast to start my day!

This hotel is undergoing a renovation which makes everything a bit of a mess coming in. We had issues with internet at check in, broken cable with the tv which made us have to switch rooms, the pool was freezing for my kids. Staff was helpful but overall sort of disappointing.

Check in good, room and amenities spacious and clean. Construction going on, elevator a mess and felt like it was going to fall apart, no flooring and walls being replaced in elevator. Once they get all construction done will likely be much nicer hotel. Overall decent stay.

Good location Our experience with housekeeping was disappointing. On the first day, while the bed was made, the towels were not replaced. When we requested fresh towels, the staff member’s eye-rolling response felt unprofessional and made us feel unwelcome. Unfortunately, the service did not improve on the second day. After requesting housekeeping again, fresh towels were simply left on the coffee table near the entrance of the room, and no other room servicing was performed. Additionally, the room was not adequately stocked upon arrival, as there was no body wash available on the first day. Overall, the level of housekeeping service fell short of the standards we expected and negatively impacted our stay.

Very place, quite. Close the airport.

The room was clean and nice. However, our air conditioner was very loud. It was so loud that we had to turn it off in order to sleep. The other issue was there were little lights everywhere that we couldn’t figure out how to turn off. My husband had to go around and cover them all up with hand towels or wash cloths.

The only issue I had was the renovation efforts going on.

Staff were excellent. Hotel was under construction during our stay. Hotel did a good job keeping construction interference to minimum. Room was nice, clean, and roomy but the air conditioner was old and LOUD. Like being inside an engine! Bathroom doesn't look like it was remodeled with room - warped door and older tiles. But not a problem. Only criticism was the old, ver LOUD air conditioning unit...right next to bed.

The property was nice and clean. The front desk lady was very polite. The breakfast was terrible. They need to come up with a better breakfast. The charged for one night was pretty much high. I wasn’t so happy at all about the breakfast. The only hot food they have is pancake.

It was clean and staff was accommodating. Breakfast was very good.

We stayed 3 nights and 4 days, our room was never cleaned and trash bin not emptied. Breakfast had good choices, the staff are friendly, and there is easy parking however there is still some renovations ongoing.
