Sleep Inn Richmond North

This hotel has been renovated. They ripped out the carpet and put in that fake wood flooring. Unfortunately even if you replace everything in a room if it was a smoking room years before you can still smell old cigarettes. But the rooms are clean and the area was area was safe. The bathrooms are dated. Not a lot of parking.

Everything was amazing! My dog was comfortable for her 2nd ever hotel, the bed was comfortable, the shower was warm and clean, and there were a good number of options for breakfast. Really if I had any complaint, it would just be the pillows weren’t the most comfortable , but everything else made up for that….

It was great! Not a lot of protein options for breakfast, but it was clean and everyone was super nice.

Clean room bath area is small single sink. Making it hard for 2 people to get ready at 1 time

Didn’t eat breakfast. Location great. Sleep Inn needs to remodel. Get better bebed. Bed and shower. The water in the shower great. Just need to remodel.

Clean property, room was quiet. Bed was excellent. Staff friendly and helpful

New fixtures Visibly looked generally clean (except the walls), but when I mopped it, it was dirty.

Presentation of the room was very poor. There was a missing picture over the bed, curtain very stained, outdated TV, and furniture; and the ally view from the window was filled with debris. However, on the last night of our stay we returned to find that the room was not cleaned including unmade bed, garbage cans not empetied, and there was water on the floor from a storm. We had to retrieve our own linen, make our own bed, empty the trash and remove the dirty linen and towels upon returning for the day. I will not stay at this location again. I rate the stay 1-star.

Nothing about it was enjoyable This place sucked ha. Regretted the booking. All humid and dingy feeling in the room. Bed felt just damp from the humidity. Floors were so sticky. Didn’t feel comfortable being barefoot in the room. Shower was all wet when I checked in, and it never dried during the stay due to the humidity in the room. Rude front desk guy. Grimy hallways. Loud neighbors in the other rooms and it smelled like marijuana really strongly in the hallways.

Good place. Decent breakfast, but mostly grab and go stuff, plus waffles.

My room was pretty good. The shower floor could be clean better, I did clean it before I use it. Crying baby, loud people next door but we survived the two days. Staff did offer to move us. Very nice lady at the front desk.

Exceptional

The bed was comfortable. WiFi was excellent Breakfast hours of 6 AM to 9 AM are not particularly useful for those who don’t get up early. It seems like they’re not doing their best to serve the customer, in this regard

Only complaint was that the shower water was not hot.

Could be a little cleaner. Staff was very kind and helpful.
