Water leak, large noisy air machines going 24/7. Room a/c noisy. However, room was large, mattress and pillows great.

Lady at front desk was wonderful. After driving all day and to meeting a pleasant, helpful person first makes my day. The lady at breakfast was also friendly and helpful. The room however someone forgot to run the sweeper?? We have stayed here often and the staff makes this motel the place to say.

The water damage to the lobby was noisy and caused it to be about 85 degrees in the halls and breakfast area. Breakfast was fine and plentiful but man just do sausage links and patties dont bother making the sausage gravy anymore. Room was very nice and clean and beds were really good but they need a remodel for the hallways and please god fix the AC in the hallways

When we checked in, our room was dirty with dust on the furniture, an unvacuumed carpet, trash left behind, a dirty A/C unit, worn towels, and even a missing toilet paper holder. I reported everything immediately and requested a room change and a call from the manager. Neither ever happened. The only employees who provided excellent customer service were Glenda, the breakfast attendant, and Shawane. They genuinely cared about the guests. It's very disappointing that management never addressed our concerns. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel

Room was great. Clean and quiet. The rest of the building is in disrepair. Giant fans to recover from water damage were going in the lobby at all hours. Sign on ice maker on second floor said it was inoperative and to use the machines on 3 or 5. I took the only operating elevator (the other one was out of service) to the 3rd floor which was completely torn apart installing new lan wiring throughout. Huge bundles of cat 6 cables hung down from the ceiling about every three feet giving the place an eyrie post apocalyptic video game vibe. The ice maker was out of service on 3 so I went to 5 and all was fine.

The exit doors you had to go through down the halls to the rooms, slammed loudly at night and kept me awake. TV was hard to use. Price was higher than it should have been.

It was not impressive at all. Only one Elevator was working. The floors around the elevator and inside the elevator were dirty. The room was clean. Breakfast was ok, but unfortunately, a long strand of hair was in the sausage pan. On the second day of our stay, part of the ceiling in the lobby area collapsed, causing a major mess at the entrance and in the lobby, as well as loud machinery during repairs. The staff at the front desk was not that friendly (No smiles). I needed to check out and depart around 8:00 am to arrive at an event by a certain time. I spent over 15 minutes looking for someone to check me out, but I couldn't find anyone. It was frustrating that no one was at the front desk or in the office at check-out. There was a handwritten sign on the desk stating that the staff was assisting another guest, but no one was around. That was bad customer service.

One day they didn't clean room services, the towel are'nt change, terrible!

The room and the property itself was comfortable and nice. I was there for work and the Wifi was not working for me at all, laptop or phone and I was there for 10 days. I was told that people have trouble getting on their WIfi with laptops (not like I travel with a desktop). This was extremely inconvenient and literally had to live at Starbucks, the library and McDonalds to work for extended hours. In addition they had elevator issues, one is permanently out of order the other overheated and had to be shut down, which meant a 5 floor climb to my room with no air conditioning in the stairwell. They also had an unfortunate huge flood in the lobby due to workmen busting a water pipe. It didn't seem to affect the water supply though, just bad luck for them. All in all a good place to stay, great location. I wouldn't stay again unless they get a better Wifi provider. that was the killer.

Great amenities

Wifi didn't really work: it would take minutes to connect from our phones, and once connected, the signal kept dropping. The elevator was broken, and the front desk staff didn't seem to care that we had to take the stairs twice to reach the 5th floor. We stayed for 3 nights, but our room wasn't cleaned until the 2nd night, even though we expressly asked for it to be cleaned. I won't come back, as this was an overall disappointing experience.

I need a sewing kit and Logan's behold she had one waiting for me at the front desk. I don't normally stay so far in to Short Pump but I will consider this location again. For the price, it delivered majorly.

Horrible. Their systems was down and they would not check us in!! It was late and I have leukemia, and had a doctor's appointment first thing the next morning. I explained all this, but they would not give us a room. Finally, after a long time trying to get to talk to Hotels.com, they convinced the manager to give us a room. It took a long time, I was tired and ill, and it was late. What a fiasco!

Location Book into a room that was under construction. With big hole drilled threw concrete ceiling and 14 inch hole cut in Wall exposed insulation. Sheetrock and concrete dust all over tables and floor. Insulation on bedspread. Request a deferent room. Was informed none available. Came in next evening from work. House keeping replaced towels made bed. But never cleaned up anything or vacuumed construction debris on floor. Booked threw 3rd party so it was a 3 night stay none refundable. So I stayed in the itchy room. Because I'm traveling for work on a budget. Emails and several calls to contact general manager with no answer. Poorly management and hardly could find staff at front desk. No one at desk at 6 am to check me out. Had to call several times to get checked out. Place has lacked maintenance for awhile. Only one elevator working. The one that was working was very sketchy like making you want to take stairs. Very poor house keeping threw out the hotel. Hardly anybody ever at front desk to assist you with anything.

The facilities and staff were amazing! We felt well taken care of during our stay!

Breakfast was okay but I slso liked the fact that you could help yourself to free regular and Decaff Coffee all day long. The cleanest of the hotel was very good. My room was cleaned daily, which is brilliant compared to some hotel chai s. Although the hotel's decor could do with a little referb, including the gym & pool area's, it was clean and priced very reasonable. Gym and pool area need modernised. Ground floor Lift area needed modernising.

The stay was just ok. The bathroom was dirty and there was a huge hole in the wall by the window. You could actually see the light into the next room. That was a bit uncomfortable so we placed a cup in the hole before bed. I think they might be putting a mini split in that room and that’s why the holes were there but nevertheless it was off putting. Pool was kinda gross The breakfast was actually really good.

The room was horrible, constrcution was happening in the building. The room, construction was going on and They really should not have rented the room for the evening.
