Holiday Inn Express Jackson - Ridgeland by IHG

We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was yummy too.

The hotel is in a safe area they could do a little more with the breakfast bar the eggs are power eggs maybe start having bacon

i like the new version of holiday inn express I booked a king size room upon my arrival we had 2 queen size beds in a handicap room

Close to where we were visiting friends. The breakfast was good We did not like that there were no in room coffee makers. My husband is an early riser and having to get dressed to go downstairs for coffee was super inconvenient.

The public restroom was not maintained. The shower stall was not cleaned well. The room appearance was very sterile.

As usual they don’t disappoint. Room basic but everything you need and very clean and modern. Breakfast area so clean and nice with just the right amount of sunlight coming in as you sit and sip your coffee. Recommend

The room was very nice. The breakfast buffet was very good, the staff were so nice and overall the hotel was beautiful. We loved that it is a halfway point between Florida and McKinney TX. We will definitely recommend and stay there again.

Loved the pool and the amenities. Nice ascetic. There was alot of food options at the continental breakfast. The carpet in the room was stained but other than that it was clean.

Very clean good facilities The evening staff acted really upset when I called and asked for a coffee maker for my room. I felt bad because she was alone and didn’t have help, but I feel like the rudeness was not needed.

The location was easy to find; and easy to get back on the interstate I would’ve liked better if the TV was working; there was no signal and it was not repaired before we left and we didn’t want to move to another room; my husband is disabled and needs the first floor s
