Main lobby & linen on the bed Lack of cleanliness in rooms, floors were dirty & sticky, bathroom hadn't been cleaned, toilet, sink all dirty. Was moved to another room king size bed & that room was dirty also. Even elevator & hall floors unclean.

This was surprising a terrible hotel. It was not clean and had broken bathroom fixtures. There was also mold in the shower. The TV did not work and the power popped off like a fuse was blown.

Very clean, many amenities, facilities in great condition. Staff very professional, helpful, and informative. Breakfast was the best I have had at a hotel this far. Rooms very spacious. Pool, grills, pet friendly, clean

The overall condition of my room upon arrival was unacceptable. The door was hard to open. There was condensation and moisture on the floors The bathroom rug was already wet, making it unusable. The rubber bath mat in the tub was dirty,

The separation of the rooms. My husband wanted bacon but served only turkey and chicken sausage. The coffee wasn’t that great.

Room was great! A lot of glass in the pool area and no towels

Communication. I should have been called early that morning and informed that no rooms were available instead of finding out when I made the 3 hour drive trying to check in!

The only minor issues were that there was no carpet or entrance mat to wipe your feet or shoes before entering, and the breakfast selection was limited. On our first morning, there was nothing left by 8:15 a.m., so my kids were disappointed and we didn't go back for breakfast afterward. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and were very happy with the room. I would definitely consider staying here again!

Homewood Inn and Suites is now my home away from home. Everything was exquisite.

Property was in a good location and near many places to eat. While Homewood is usually not as updated as Home2 this one was in poor condition. Bathtubs flacking their paint, carpet in halls wet and dirty, doors with no security locks, room floors sandy. In 2 weeks of staying at Hiltons it was the first one that I felt less clean being there. Staff was unprepared with no breakfast supplies and were out of almost everything and made no effort to make it better. Staff also didn’t recognize or welcome us as Hilton Honors members or give us our welcome bags.

My mattress was dirty blood and urine stanes all over the mattress we spoke with manager Grace Kelly, so she is aware! We walked back into the room after making a report. The lining we had placed on the floor, they picked the stuff up off the floor and were getting ready to put it back on the bed! My name is Victoria McGee, and I didn't use my card for points! The staff was nice, thats where the good ends. The hotel allows pets and smoking which is fine but they do not have defined areas for pets and all the towels and sheets smell like smoke. We had two barking dogs next to our room and it was very annoying all morning. And I'm not too keen on staying in a room someone just had their cat or dog in, people have allergies so the rooms should have options for Pet Only and No Pets allowed. The bathroom was falling apart, literally. The walls were cracking and ceiling was visibly damaged, toilet was not level. The location was fine, parking was fine. I think if its discounted, like the special rate we received, and just one night, then fine.. you get what you pay for. But its not a "vacation" spot or relaxing hotel.
