Clean room and friendly staff

The property was convenient to where I needed to go. The staff was not particularly friendly or helpful.

Front desk staff were very helpful as well as the shuttle driver. The breakfast was alright. The room was fine but the bathroom was kind of dirty.

ac was very loud and did not maintain temp in the room. woke up at night sweating then would freeze 20 min later bathroom needed to be better cleaned would not think of using the tub

although the place is clean and well maintained, we did not have a good experience. we returned to our room key not working after leaving for about 30 minutes only to find out that in those 30 minutes the front desk had checked in another family into OUR room with all of our belongings in it !! we only found out because the family had then been moved to the room beside us and not only did they let us know about the incident, they were the ONLY ONES who apologized or even acknowledged the incident had even happened. oh and the elevator stops on EVERY SINGLE FLOOR every time.

Customer service was amazing. I did come in late. Had a late check-in, and the staff was very accommodating even though the room was not ready yet. There was a lot of nets gnats in our room, love size that our stay was very great. I can’t remember the Staff’s name that works overnight, but he was very friendly and very helpful. He made our stay very enjoyable.

Excellent customer service , clean and great amenities

our room had a distinct odor to it and felt damp to the point where we went and got some damp red because I have severe asthma. unfortunately I coughed all night and by the time I was in my car for less than 5 minutes I felt so much better so I'm pretty sure it was the room. it definitely could have used an airing out.

Nice hotel

I was very pleased with the service given here.

It was a wonderful stay the only complaint wasbthe smell feom the a/c unit but I will definitely be returning to Philly and hopefully staying here again.

It was a very nice quiet out-of-the-way hotel. The staff were real real nice. It was basically clean for the most part. I have no complaints and I will go again definitely it’s real cute. Inconvenience to all the stores.

This was the best location for our stay to go to a game at Subaru Park and visit Philly. The staff was great, the hotel was clean and safe, and the location perfect!

Comfortable rooms and very reasonable rate for a last-minute booking.
