Wonderful friendly and welcoming staff. We had stayed there before a good few years ago and wondered would the hotel have changed much. There was no need to worry as we were welcomed from the minute we arrived by the charming receptionist Edina and the warm hearted Sevesti in the dining room along with her fellow waiters.A lovely hotel in beautiful Ried in the Zillertal. As we do not live on the European mainland we cannot visit as often as we would like. That is a big regret from us. Everything was amazing.

Breakfast was really good We had a late arrival, and we were told that if we arrived before 9 PM, we would still get dinner. The front desk lady was extremely rude and said that dinner was over. We were still charged for dinner and for a third person sleeping on the sofa that week. The same lady checked us out and was just made our stay unpleasant. This was our second stay in, although the owners are very lovely, I don’t think we will be coming back.

Nice hotel for a ski trip. Spacious rooms for families with children. Very good meals as part of HB. And most importantly super nice staff, both in the restaurant and reception. In addition, a large indoor swimming pool with hot water, which was appreciated by my son :) and a Finnish sauna, which I enjoyed. We had the opportunity to spend New Year's Eve in this hotel and we really enjoyed the multi-course dinner and live music. The Hochzillertal ski area is reachable within a few minutes by car or ski bus. The hotel definitely deserves 4*
