close to downtown , clean , helpful staff. you can order your eggs as you like in the breakfast and the breakfast was really good with a lot of healthy options cleaning lady next rooms could be more quiet early in the morning when closing doors , moving furniture around

Clean. Quiet. Savoury breakfast (in addition to sweet) - very good and unusual for Italy. Good location. Small room, not too many parking places.

One of the few hotels near the coast with a private parking space. There is a poor selection for breakfast and there is no hot food.

Great location- only a few minutes walk to the main town or beach. Our room was quite small and the view from the balcony was a derelict building but that’s not the hotel’s fault. Our room had air conditioning which was fantastic as it was incredibly hot while we were there. Breakfast was quite nice and all the communal areas were clean & tidy. Friendly staff too with one young lady speaking very good English. Reasonable price for Rimini. I think we would stay again if we return to Rimini. The car park wasn’t great - quite small and too many trees in it so parking was tricky. However, thankfully there was a car park though as parking in the street would be almost impossible. The electric sockets in the room are the low current type so the normal travel adaptors we use everywhere in Europe would not fit in them. Luckily a shop up the road sold the correct sort.

Strange rules on the reception desk - you must give back the keys everey time you leave a room and ask for it when you back. Night security gard threting us to call the police when we came with a friend for a moment. Old security gard made a big argument (waking up other guest). Very untolerance place - do not recomend. We felt almost like kids o a holiday with parents. Most of stuff can't speak english. Breakfast could be better.

Breakfast: Good, nothing to criticize. Location: Good as it was close to the beach. Also, it was not super noisy so that was fine. Service: The hotel personnel in the afternoon mentioned that we could voluntarily leave the keys at the reception. We later decided to keep the keys to ourselves leaving for dinner. When we returned, the hotel personnel (staff changed) complained that we should have left the keys at the reception as it was obligatory, not voluntary. Generally, I do not like to leave the keys at the hotel, and in addition to that, the way it was communicated to us was inpolite and disrespectful. Comfort and cleanliness: The bathroom was in a relatively bad condition. The shower had several (near) broken parts, the toilet brush was really dirty and had to be changed. Also, the air conditioning was kind of dirty and potentially had mould. We had a balcony, however there were no chairs and there was no table there, basically making it useless to have a balcony. Finally, we were not satisfied with the towels. We had one proper towel per person and two cloths per person. Surely, it would have been better to at least have two normal towels per person.

Very nice hotel, located close to the beach and grocery store. Comfortable hard matrass. Great breakfast with both sweet and savory options. Very friendly and helpful people at the reception. Good value for money. Also, hotel is in the quite area, despite being close to the beach and promenade. Wasn't disturbed by loud noises in the evening.

the location is great, right next to the beach. when you do the reservation says there’s a parking included but when you get there the employees can only say “reservation”. So it’s impossible to park around.
